B) Airborne particle count test for determining cleanliness classification in accordance with ISO 14644-1. C) Air velocity, Velocity uniformity, Total air flow rate and Air change rate assessment in accordance with ISO 14644-3. D) Differential Pressure measurement between OT and corridor in accordance with procedure in ISO 14644-3. E) Temperature and Relative Humidity measurement inside the OT in accordance procedure in ISO 14644-3.
