Providing and laying Annual Surfacing (Periodic Maintenance) on Pharer to Katharu via Shiv Mandir Salan in Km 0/750 to 2/0 of Rural roads for the year 2022-23 in the state of HP

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square meters and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II, 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre)size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.225 kg (Zero decimal two two five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thickness Bituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten) ar the rate 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete as per approved job mix formula from approved laboratory, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem power road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification section 500 complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Nothing extra will be paid for higher bituminous contents required as per job mix formula. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
