Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of slab, beam & ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick / concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick / concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer, after application of cement base wall clear putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered surface of walls including plaster / cornices etc and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, (Avg 40 mm thickness) in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for screed bed 10 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 100 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, in white cement with pigment, set, jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement, as in floors, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 - 20 mm thick as in floor, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

M&L for outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles, joint free (edge cut) of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - HR Johnson - Endura series or equivalent type of make mention in Appx 'B'

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete Type D2 ( 1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finished even and smooth without using extra cement and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type B2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base to floors and paving etc all complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 80 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 40 N / Sqmm (M-40 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, top layer with white cement and pigment laid over and including 25 mm thick (compacted thickness) sand screed bed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fabricate & fix in position aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of approved colour) three track window ( two shutters glazed & one shutters wire gauge) with frame, glazed with 4 mm thick tinted glass and, wire gauge with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, concealed type lock for all three shutter, PVC roller etc all as specified below, including taking down old window complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fabricate & fix in position anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) door shutter with frame, partly glazed with 5 mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board with both side decorative laminated including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, aluminium door handle 150 mm size, aluminium barrel tower bolt 200 mm size etc all as specified below complete including taking down old shutters with frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
