SITC of Vermin proof, powder coated, free floor-standing type, fully compartmentalized, double door, IP55 outdoor type electrical LT Panel fabricated of 2 mm. thick CRCA sheet, treated through seven tank process suitable for 415V +/-10% 3-ph 4-wire 50Hz AC supply with detachable CRCA gland plate, busbar alley, cable alley, required internal electrical connections, auto-manual operation, ventilation louver covered with wiremesh, lifting hooks, required foundation, rain shed etc. complete as required having components a) Incomer 01 no.: 200 A 4P MCCB with over load, short circuit protection, ON-OFF-TRIP LED indication with MCB protection. b) Outgoing 08 nos. : 63 A 4P MCCB c) Busbar: 200A TPN PVC sleaved and insulator supported. d) Contactor and on delay timer for auto operation with auto manual switch.

Supply of IP66, 4000K, efficacy 110 Lumen/W, CRI>70 Integral type 65W LED Street Light Luminaire with 50,000 burning hours, driver efficay not less than 85%, high pressure die cast aluminum housing, 4kV surge protection, p.f.>0.95, suitable for 140-270V 50Hz AC supply as per the technical specification.

Supply of IP66, 4000K, efficacy 110 Lumen/W, CRI>70 Integral type 80W LED flood light with 50,000 burning hours, driver efficay not less than 85%, high pressure die cast aluminum housing, 4kV surge protection, p.f.>0.95, suitable for 140-270V 50Hz AC as per the technical specification.

Installation testing commissioning of LED luminaire on the existing pole/ bracket including angle setting, all required accessories, reducer/modification in existing pole/bracket, clamp, nuts, bolts etc. as required, connection from thermoplastic enclosure with 1.1kV grade 3Cx1.5 sqmm. PVC insulated FR Copper conductor flexible cable through pole/bracket in GI flexible conduit (required if cable is exposed outside) including proper terminatin with lugs/ferrules etc. complete as required as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply erection of high strength marine grade, double coat aluminum spray painted aluminium street lighting pole with fixture mount height 3.5 mtr, round shaped 70-60 mm diameter 3 mm thick, suitable for wind speed as per IS 875 and having integral swan -neck type arm of required length, angle with aluminium reducer (if required) for fixing LED fitting to achieve desired lux level including pole cap, pre drilled holes for cable entry-exit, epoxy coated steel base plate, grouted SS foundation bolt in RCC foundation, pole fixing hardware, provision for cable loop-in loop-out, excavation, refilling, cement plaster with good finish painting, numbering, earthing etc. complete as required. NOTE: Sample design to be vetted from Govt. Engg. College and to be submitted.

Supply, fixing of 40mm dia class 'B' GI pipe bracket of length not less than 2.0 mtr by bending the pipe at the desired angle to achieve required lux level on perimeter wall suitable for fixing LED street light luminaire including MS clamp, anchor fastners, painiting, numbering etc. as per site requirement.

Supply & fixing of IP65 Thermoplastic enclosure lid made of hinged transparent Polycarbonate and base made of Polystyrene, light weight, corrosion proof, fire retardant, polyurethane gasket, fitted with internally fixed 01 no. 6A C-type SP MCB 10kA Isc, one no. 4 way terminal, earth terminal, clamp and GI Strip at the back of the enclosure to be fixed with pole including screws, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete as required as per site condition and instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation of earth/soft soil mechanically/manually not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width, and lift upto 1.5mtr, including back filling as required and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Excavation of the trench in hard rock or bituminous / cement concrete of runways/taxiways/ apron/RESA/ Road etc. by power saw cutting without disturbing the other area, upto 1.5 mtr in width, and depth upto 1.0 mtr, including getting out the excavated soil, cleaning the cut area and disposal of excavated debris as directed within a lead of 5 KM including all machineries like power saw, hammer drill / pneumatic drill, water browser, mobile DG set, transportation etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including form work etc. as required as per the site condition.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 63 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE-63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate amendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing in the existing trench/soil/gravel area/along with PQC work complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 63 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with upto date amendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing ,Cement concrete Apron Area, Runway, taxiway) at a depth upto 6 m through horizontal directional drilling etc. after doing Ground Penetrating radar survey and submitting its report etc.complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 90 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate amendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing ,Cement concrete Apron Area, Runway, taxiway) at a depth upto 6 m through horizontal directional drilling etc. after doing Ground Penetrating radar survey and submitting its report etc.complete as required.

Supply, laying of 3.5C x 120 sqmm. PVC seathed XLPE insulated 1.1kV grade armoured aluminum conductor power cable conforming to IS 7098 part-I ammended up to date in existing covered cable trench/pipe/open duct/cable tray/wall with suitable clamps etc. complete as required as per site condition and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 3.5C x 120Sqmm. (45mm) PVC insulated, PVC seathed/XLPE aluminum cable of 1.1kV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3½ X 120 sq. mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and laying of 4C x 25sqmm. 1.1kV grade XLPE insulated PVC seathed armoured aluminum conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 part-I with up to date ammendment in the existing trench/HDPE pipe/GI Pipe/pole/wall with suitable clamp etc. as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 4Cx25Sqmm. PVC insulated, PVC seathed/XLPE aluminum cable of 1.1kV grade as required.

Providing laying and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess (in existing pipe and/or along with submain wiring/cable) for loop earthing etc.complete as required.

Dismantling of existing light fitting by diconnecting it from electrical circuitry in safe manner, sealing the electrical cables, keeping the fitting in store under safe custody and handing over the same to AAI at the completion of the project/ as decided by the Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing enclosure of size 750mm x 350 mm x 550 mm ( H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet ( counter shunk fitting, M-10 nuts and bolts.) having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 3mm thick 750mm long 50mm X 50mm GI angle frame by use of suitable clamp on existing street light pole at required height to iluminate perimeter wall as per BCAS, DGCA guideline inlcuding all accessories like nuts, bolts, washers etc., making holes for fixing luminaires, spray painting of approved color complete as required.
