Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations including rafts, footings and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note" Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for use & waste Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundations and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 16 to 20 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n.exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as speicfied and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel in Plates (plain or chequered) channels fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as speicfied and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rolled mild steel fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pices, cleat etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to wall, etc with all necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new plastered surfaces of wall etc and Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapt wall all as per manufacturers instructions and applying two coats of aluinium paint over a coat of primer over the top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for 25 mm thick (average), plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course laid in slope complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick (avarage), Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, etc and finished the surface rough to received sreed bed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Virified designed, dark shade coloured, Ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 1.44 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to cerntre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete including Hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 9mm thick colour coated seamless PVC flase ceiling of approved make fixed to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4mm thick, plain/designed (as approved), coloured, aluminium composite sheet as in wall cladding/roofing/paneling etc including necessary frame work and fittings and fixtures as per the manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sq.mm. (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS (ISI marked) drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit 20 mm bore (Minimum) medium grade (ISI marked) concealed type including provision of multistranded 4 Sq.mm copper conductor cable FRLS [ISI marked] as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board for one AC/Geser point complete all as specified and as directed. (Note.: (i) The rate quoted is deemed to include making good the disturbed sufaces and to match the adjoining surface. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to include cutting chases for concealed wiring including making good the same as per the existing one)

S & F Concealed sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCBs having single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20Amp 240V, B-curve complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of Single core 4 sqmm [ for Phase & Neutral ] PVC insulated multi stranded FRLS (ISI marked) copper cable drawn through and including surface / ceiling / concealed PVC conduit of suitable size with all conduit accesories and fittings along with 1 run of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded FRLS (ISI marked) copper cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Two runs of 4 sqmm and one runs of 4 sqmm cable as earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length)

Supply, install, testing & Commissioning, Hi wall split type air conditioner with indoor and outdoor units complete with cordless remote control unit and with in-built ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor quality with minimum 3 Star Rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2 TR complete with all connecting pipes and fixing accessories such as bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation,, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output of 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% variation of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
