M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 , putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size , again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping etc) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying and picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc.400 sqm and depth exc 50mm but n. exc. 100mm and removel of aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) of flint or quartzite stone spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt and for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75mm or less with using 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5 mm thick single layer as in center lines and edge line road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), 150/100 mm width, White/Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer instruction complete including taking out old layer of paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium body solar road stud red/amber colour with shank of size 100x100x25 mm with solar panel mono crystalline 2.4V/.3W with 4 Nos super bright LED (2 Nos each side) and Ni-Mh battery power storage1.2v/1600 MA life cycle 72-96 hours after fully charged. The stud shall able to with stand the load of 10 ton approx and upto 1000 meters visibility.

S&F cat eyes size 110x128x30mm dual directional reflective of tough body poly carbonate of retroreflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with including removal of unserviceable cat eyes.
