PROVISION OF BOUNDARY WALL/PERIPHERY LIGHTS AT CGRA MANICKTALA UNDER GE(I)(CGN) KOLKATA

Supply and fixing Linear Wall washer LED light / Wall Light min 12 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp and all fittings and fixture for connection complete and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for submain wiring with 3 run of single core FRLSH ,4 Sqmm ( Nominal area ) PVC insulated , unsheathed,multistanded copper conductor cable ,1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC non-metalic casing-caping of suitable size , medium grade ( ISI marked ) with all fittings and fixing accessories on roof, wall , ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : three run of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping in wall/ceiling be measured as one length.)

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cms burried directly in ground vertically at a depth of not less than 2.25 Mtrs below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cms thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and protected by medium grade 50 mm dia 5 mtr long and connected to main control panel and GI pipe 20 mm medium grade as watering pipe including funnel, wire mesh, PCC Pit made up of PCC 1:2:4 type C2 and RCC cover 40 mm thick with 8 mm bar 15 c/c including excavation and earth work all as specified in SSR Part 1 2009 complete and all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling for cable cushioning including spreading and levelling as directed. Note : Thickness for sand shall be measured after punning down.

M & L Bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, old size sub-class ‘B’ laid perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply installation commisioning and testing floor mounted outdoor cubical type double door LT feeder piller Box ( CPRI tested) of suitable size fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron 50X50X6mm frame factory made totally enclosed dust and vbermin proof both side hinge opening arrangement on front and back with locking arrangement cable enty and exist from bottom with cable glands and gaskits alluminium busbar fixed on porcelin insulator with internal wiring with suitable size of alluminium strip to be used for incoming and outgoing connection of all. Switches/MCCB's and bus bar's, bus bar shall be insulated with colour codes sleeves/tapes and to be connected with alluminium lux, including two coats of synthetic enameled paint on the surface externally and internally over a coat of red oxide primer paint incl necessary PCC(1:3:6) type C2 as complete all as specified and as directed Incoming:(i) 4 pole MCCB 63, 25 KA Amp, 415 volt, 50 Hz,-01 Nos with thermal protection unit.(ii) Pre-wired meter module with voltmeter, Ammeter, selector switch, CTs control fuse & indicating lights- 01 set (iii) Alluminium bus bar rating 200 amp 4 way.
