H-018 : Lifting of black water tank for joint inspection :- (a) Dismantle and remove magazine compartment (b) Dismantling and removal of Officers bathroom (c) Removal of ladder (Main deck to engine room alleyway) (d) Dismantling and removal of partition bulk heads (e) Dismantling and removal of floor plates (f) Removal of floor supporting frames (g) Disconnection of all in and out pipe lines alongwith air vent (h) Disconnection of all electrical cables(Flow switch) ) Cutting of girder face plate, bracket to make access for lifting of black water tank

H-019 : Welding of crack area in silencer compartment on port and stbd side bulkhead as per pro-data basis of main DL HB-1051

E- 049 : The following system pipe lines to be renewed alongwith flanges :- (a) Dirty Oil – 25 NB – 06 Mtr, Bend – 04 Nos (b) Bilge System – 50 NB – 6 Mtrs, 40 NB – 10.05 Mtrs, Bends -08 Nos, Flanges – 09 Nos (c) Gray water system – 40 NB – 01 Mtr, Bends-02 Nos, Flange-01 No (d) Main Engine Cooling: - 125NB-1.2 Mtrs, Bend-02 No’s, Flanges-02 No’s, 80NB -5.1 Mtrs, Bend-08 No’s, Flange-04 No’s. (e) Fire main: - 50NB -1.5 Mts (f) Shaft Seal Cooling: - 12 NB-1.5 Mtrs (g) Black Water pipelines, dia-25 mm and length-3.2 Mtrs along with 02 in no’s flanges. (h)Bilge Suction pipelines, dia-32 mm and length:-2.3 Mtrs along with 02 in no’s flanges.
