Providing JCB service to carry out excavation, uprooting and other related works as and when required including the cost of operator, diesel and any other consumables, non consumables, tools and tackles etc. all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 2 Km complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Supplying and stacking of Moorum at site of approved quality including royalty and carriage etc. up to work site etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Earth work in Excavation in all type of soil, Soft and ordinary rock etc. by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) bailing out of water if encountered over areas including refilling around foundation, plinth,in layers, watering, consolidating and disposing of all surplus excavated/broken materials upto a lead of 2KM and lift of 1.5 meter, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Dismantling of stone masonry by mechanical/ manual means work in Cement mortar carefully with out damaging adjacent structure including stacking of useful materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 500m lead and as directed by EIC.
Providing and laying Random Rubble Masonry in compound walls, pillars, drains etc. with hard stone in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto maximum height of 3.5 meter, including preparation of existing surface to receive further course of masonry by hacking the existing surface, including all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery, scaffolding , curing, pointing, and including making necessary approaches for work by removing bushes and rank vegetation where ever required etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
With new hard stones brought from out side
Using available stone from demolition / dept supply. Note: Rubble stone will be supplied by dept at free of cost and contractor shall arrange transport for fetching the materials from the dump within the HWP(K) colony premises to the work spot.
Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. but excluding the cost of form work, shuttering, centering complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
Earth work in All kinds of soil surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
Laying 40 mm thick cement concrete floor/base with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm maximum size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry etc. complete all as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications but excluding the cost form work shuttering, centering complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer.
Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications including the cost Form work shuttering, centering, (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement) complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer.
Providing & laying TMT Reinforcement Steel bar of grade of Fe 500D or more for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of barbending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with G.I binding wire, all labourcharges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes.
Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in Slab 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources),kerb, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), excluding the cost of required centering, shuttering completeas per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement:6 Coarse Sand) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes, sizes required slope, including providing necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Plastering with 15 mm cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower, machinary for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all shapes like circular column, ring beam, circular slabs etc. complete as per the specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer.
Dismantling Asbestos cement/Fiber sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., at all heights and stacking the material at civil colony store including all necessary arrangement, scaffolding etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing colour coated corrugated galvalume profile sheets of TATA/JSW or equivalant make (Profile, Colour and shape as approved by the Engineer-incharge) of 0.50mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code) with material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition : 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20- 25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and washers of make- Coroshield/ durotuff / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers( as per engineer in charge) including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: 1. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. 2. Measurements will be given only for covered Roof area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately.
Painting old steel/wood work with two or more coats of synthetic metalic paint using 1st quality synthetic metallic paint of Asian Paints or equivalent including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including preparing surfaces, scaffolding, filling with putty wherever required & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting on steel/wood work/ plastered/ concrete surface with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint using 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints or equivalent including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour over a coat of suitable primer, including preparing surfaces, providing & applying primer, scaffolding, filling with putty wherever required & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying & laying chicken mesh in joints over concrete floor floor/base including cement slurry & nails etc. complete all as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower for structural steel work in built up sections at all height, including cost of cutting, welding, hoisting, fixing, transport, loading, unloading, necessary scaffolding and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete etc., all complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying 300 mm dia. non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with socket & spigot ends jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including making connection of drain or sewer line with newly constructed manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement, testing of joints etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
Demolishing cement concrete slab, road manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 3 km metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Dismantling of brick work in Cement mortar manually/ mechanically with out damaging adjacent structure including stacking of materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 2km lead and as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing single wall polycarbonate transparent corrugated skylight roofing sheets of thickness 4 mm UV coated and fixing over structural supports including minimum specified overlapping by manufacturer, with self drilling screws or J-hooks over storm washers with EPDM gaskets ensring proper water sealing & shreading arrangement including polycarbonate profiles & top sealing strips over sheet joints including scaffolding, tools tackles, manpower & materials etc all complete as per the specifications and as directed by the engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. 2. Measurements will be given only for covered Roof area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately.
Providing Raised and cut Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) in pointing upto maximum height of 3.5 meter, including preparation of existing surface to receive the pointing properly including all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery, scaffolding, curing and raking out the joints, and including making necessary approaches for work by removing bushes and rank vegetation along the compound wall where ever required etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
