60.64.4 : Coconut Pile - Driving down coconut pile to lines and levels through variuos strata including all hire charges and labour for fixing , staging platform and all other appliances necessary for pile driving down after pointing the bottom end etc completed as per the direction of departmental Engineer-in-charge.

10.26.3 : Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approves steel primer.G.I. pipes etc completed as per the direction of departmental Engineer-in-charge.

11.20.3 : Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement etc completed as per the direction of departmental Engineer-in-charge.

50.13.1 : 9 mm cement plastering of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including all cost of materials, labour charges etc completed as per the direction of departmental Engineer-in-charge.

85.115 : Cost of painting with 2 coats of enamel paint over 1 coat of zinchromate primer as per IS1477:1994 after hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges, cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc completed as per the direction of departmental Engineer-in-charge.

13.39.2 : Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade:New work (two or more coats) with a base coat of whiting etc completed as per the direction of departmental Engineer-in-charge.
