SITC of 1.5 TR split type 5 star AC (inverter type-minimum EER 4.50) consisting of single room unit (evaporator unit) comprising copper coil with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit (copper coil) with sealed suitable type compressor suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz. AC supply , working on refrigerant which is environment friendly and shall be ozone non-depleting. capable of performing (a) cooling (b) de-humidifying (c) Air-Circulating (d) filtering including fixing the outdoor condenser unit on a raised suitable pedestals duly painted/Metal Stand as per site requirement (Pedestals/Metal Stand included in the scope) and fixing of Evaporator unit including providing and making inter connections between evaporator unit and condensing unit up to a length of 3 mtrs. comprising of the following including first charge of refrigerant, complete as required. The job also includes SITC of suitable stabilizer unit. a) Suitable drain pipe of PVC or as per OEM specification for length upto 10 Metre b) Suitable insulated copper pipe for liquid line or as per OEM specification for length upto 3 Metre. c) Suitable insulated copper pipe for suction or as per OEM specification for length upto 3 Metre d) Suitable FR insulated, PVC sheathed unarmoured multi strand copper cable or as per OEM specification for length upto 3 Metre e) Supply and Fixing of Heavy duty Rigid type PVC pipe / PVC Trunking of suitable size for covering in the liquid line, suction line and multi strand copper cable or as per OEM specification for length upto 3 Metre

SITC of Hot, Cold & Normal water dispenser stand alone unit with UV water purification system having a minimum tank capacity of a) 30 Litres Normal Water b) 40 Litres Cold Water & c) 4 Litres of Hot Water, minimum flow rate of 125 L/hr and SS body and shall be suitable to connect to existing water outlet system at various locations. The compressor/ heater/ filter unit shall be suitable to work in 230 v 50 Hz ac supply.

Supply of hot, cold & normal water dispenser buble top unit with following capacities as minimum along with bubble dome.Transportation,loading and unloading at site shall be inclusive in the cost. Cooling Capacity -3 Ltrs per hr. Cold water storage-3 Ltrs.
