I. EARTH WORK :
Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the location as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

II. CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :
Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas. 2. Sand shall be manufactured sand.
Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.
Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 350 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-20 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement
III. FORM WORK :
Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed for Foundation, pedestals, plinth beams, etc.,

IV. REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL
Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag,Sail, JSW make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.
Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel tubular Truss using MS tubes conforming to IS 1161 or 806 and its accessories like base plates, cap plates, gusset plates using standard steel sections and plates coforming to IS 2026, of M/s Tata. Vizag steel, Jindal or SAIL at and at all heights and above plinth level, work shop fabricated, removing of scales, welding (using welding rods of D&H, ADVANI, PHILIPS)/bolting, transporting to site in suitable parts, erecting in position in line, level using crane/ derricks or any suitable means, connecting with approved bolts and nuts wherever required, including painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint (Asian paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Pedilitie, Nerolac) of approved shade for all exposed surfaces, complete as specified and directed.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI in heavy quality conforming to relevant BIS2062/ 1239 of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved anti corrosive paint of shalimar product for embedded portion of pipe as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts, through bolts etc. using MS rounds of make M/s Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal or approved equivalent conforming to IS 432 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels complete and as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing in position Anchor Shells/Expansion shells of approved make of best quality of 16mm dia for anchoring supporting structural steel columns with necessary MS bolts of required size/length including drilling holes in RCC flooring, aligning bolts to position, proper level, Bolts,Washers Labour, etc., complete as directed.
V. STONE MASONRY :
Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals and plinth at and at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed. (Stones to be used from the site)
VI. BRICK MASONRY :
Brick work using quality flyash (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed for sub structure etc.,
Brick work using quality flyash bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 ) at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.
Half brick masonry using non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming to IS :12894 in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement. Note:- Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item.
VII FLOORING :
Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Measurement for payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work). Stone shall be used from the site.
Providing and laying at all floors and levels 6mm (min) thick first quality glossy/ matt / antiskid/rustic / digital collection etc. ceramic tile flooring as per the approved pattern and colour as mentioned below conforming to IS 15622 latest of edition from approved list of maufacturers or equilvalent laid in cement mortar bedding / backing, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/cutout if necessary, wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc.complete all as per drawing specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. a) In flooring with rustic/matt finished/ 300x300mm, 600 x 600mm or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) b) In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing. c) Anti skid ceramic tile with 300x300 or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20/15mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4. In dado / clading with tile of size 200x300mm or size as per working drawing laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing for toilets. d) Sand shall be crushed stone sand. e) Tiles shall be of make Kajaria/Regency/Somani/Jhonson & Jhonson
Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra cement mortar required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.
a) Anti skid ceramic tile with 300x300 or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20/15mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4. for toilets
b) In dado / clading with tile of size 200x300mm or size as per working drawing laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing for toilets.
Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for 450 MM height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer
assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.
Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles in size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make like Kajaria/Regency/Somani/Jhonson & Jhonson , in all colours and shades, laid cement mortar , jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete for entrance foyer, corridors, lobbies, etc. Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra cement mortar required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone for treads/ risers /steps / ramps of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.
Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compated bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approverd colour,design &pattern.
Cement concrete flooring IPS 40 mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse Msand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 10mm thick nominal stone aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, including the cost of nosing of steps for gas bank etc. of guest house etc. complete.
Wall Cladding with Vitrified Tiles: Providing & laying with vitrified tiles ofbapproved brands Somany/Nitco/Kajaria or approved equivalent in pattern as per detailed drawings, including surface preparation, neat cement float/epoxy paste/grout etc., cleaning & filling joints with epoxy grouts complete as specified and directed.
Veneer panelling with 12mm ply with wooden framework -Providing and fixing in properline and level,12mm thick Water proof plywood of approved make BWP conforming to IS 710, 100% Gurjan/Century/Artees/Login with vineer finish of 4mm thick of Natural vineer/ flaming / Royal club/ greenlam conforming to sample shade approved with approved shade of polish & finished in approved melamine , fixing panel to existing wall by means of approved wooden screws/ nails with inside Sound Proof Acostical material panel glass wool of 25mm thick and wooden framework of size 600mm X 600mm , made out of 18/12mm thick commercial ply of BWP grade conforming to BIS 710 of 100% Gurjan/Century/Artees/Login make cutting the ply and fixing with nails/ metallic wooden screws in line , plumb and level The edges should have matching wood beading finished in approved melamine including applying one coat of fire retardant paint complete as specified and directed.
Wall Paper: Providing and fixing fabric backing commercial grade wall paper of approved shade with recommended adhesive of approved make which have 100% washable, scratch resistance, peel proof, and fire retardant properties. The wall paper should give a seamless finish. Cost to include preparation on the punned surface for receiving the wall paper as per the manufacturer specification.
VIII. DOORS, WINDOWS & ROLLING SHUTTERS ETC :
Providing wood work with CP teakwood in frames for doors & cupboards using II class teakwood at all heights above plinth level wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing with suitable size of coach screws wherever required / M.S. hold fasts of size 40 mm x 3 mm and 200 mm long, bent to shape embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks for door frames, fixed in position with necessary lugs rawl plugs and screws and coach screws, applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces of door frame and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete, etc., complete as indicated in drawings and as directed.

IX. PLASTERING AND POINTING :
Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 river sand) finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 river sand) , and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Sand faced plaster 20 mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights above plinth level as given below with base coat in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cemen:4 sand) with approved integrated water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, of M/s. Fosroc/Demach/ Huntsman/ Pedilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT or as per manufacturer’s specifications, 12 mm thick and finishing coat in CM 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand), 8 mm thick, final rendering, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds as required, finished smooth internal putty(lapam) of Birla/Jk of not less than thickness 1mm(one) thicknes) double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.
Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
X. WATERPROOFING :
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of average thickness of 110mmm ( minimum 65mm thick) including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurryusing 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge.
(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. Note:- 1) The treatment shall be tested by ponding water for a period of 10 days. If due to location of rain water pipes the average thickness of treatment exceeds 110 mm for easy flow of water the extra brickbat coba will be paid as extra item and the rate for the same to be got approved from the Department before execution 2) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone-dry condition for a period of 10 years in the prescribed proforma. 3) The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace.
Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations upto the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanada Chemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for underground drains etc.
Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the sunken floor of water closets, bath rooms, nahanis from inside at all heights above plinth level giving injections to the concrete surface as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honey-combs, etc., in the concrete, applying waterproof plaster of about 25 mm thick for the floor area of the depression and about 18 mm on the side walls of the depression and continue the vertical treatment if necessary on the walls above proposed floor finish with making surface suitable and even to receive tiles, testing the treatment for water tightness by impounding water for 7 days etc., complete.
XI. PAINTING:
Water proofing cement paint in two coats in all floors and locations for concrete /wall surfaces in shafts/lift pit paint of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger,including sand papering and cleaning the surfaces, filling up cracks and crevices if any with approved putty, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for ducts etc..
Wall & ceiling painting with premium acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.of Asian or equivalent in Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger brand, manufacture and shade over two coats of approved primer at all heights above plinth level including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding and cleaning, etc., complete and as directed.
Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint with comprehensive warranty of 5 years of required shade of Makes Asian - Apex Advanced or equivalent in Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality haying 100% acrylic, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying and filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete. Note :- Minimum Usage Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. or as per manufacturer's specification
Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of textured exterior paint of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality , of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying and filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.
XII. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :
Providing and fixing SS railing made out of commercial chromium steel tubes SS 304, of various diameters, of approved make, 2 mm wall thickness, pattern as shown in drawing/as directed including supplying or fabricating, fittings like SS bends, tees, etc., welding the pipes using TIG welding or any other approved method, grinding/buffing the welded joints smooth, erecting the railing in position in line, level and plumb, fixing tailing in position by grouting/or any approved system, cleaning, polishing the joints if required, scaffolding etc., complete all as specified and directed.
Providing and fixing CI gratings conforming to IS 1729 for rain water pipe entry mouths/filter bed, etc., including chasing making holes in existing masonry concrete surfaces, refilling with cement concrete 1:2:4 reinstating to the original conditions, painting with two coats of bitumastic paint, all in level and line complete as directed and specified for rain water mouths, filter bed.
Providing and fixing 110 mm n.b.un-plasticised PVC rain water pipes with necessary PVC clamps and wooden gutties of approved make conforming to IS: 13592 type ‘A’with injection moulded fittings jointing with approved synthetic adhesive seal rings conforming to IS: 5382 embedding the slab junctions leakproof testing complete in line, level and plumb all as directed.

Supplying and fixing GI Chain link fencing of required height with 50mm diamond mesh of approved quality and make with 3.15mm (10 guage) galvanized iron wires conforming to IS 2721 including unrolling, straightening, stretching, fixing tight to structural steel posts and struts erected in position by means of 6mm dia approved quality galvanized iron machine straightened rods at top and bottom horizontally throughout fence and vertically at every angle post, fixed with approved quality galvanized iron hooks, bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete as directed

Dismantling very carefully the existing RR masonry in basement below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,
