(c) All work shall be done by OEM/OEM authorized vendor (M/s Secure Meters Ltd).The contractor shall produce an MoU with the OEM before commencement of work, for round the clock technical support from OEM, all the necessary & latest upadtes in the existing software/software license and timely addressal of all complaints from the OEM within 24 hours of registering the complaints, failing which Rs 500 per day will be deducted from the RAR/bill of the contractor after 24 hours for each passing day. (d) The documentary proof of renewal of vending charges from OEM, all complaints registered and addressed, shall be produced by the contractor before processing of RAR/bill. (e) There must not be any kind of service failure or software/server failure in the system from the OEM which can interrupt the smooth working of prepaid metering system otherwise alternate arrangements in such cases shall be made by the OEM (f) The contractor/bidder shall produce the system generated details of all the prepaid meters installed and operated through the existing vending station and software in the station for each month which shall further be used as the base for claiming the RAR/bill Please note the RAR/Bill shall be paid based on the actual numbers of meters as generated by the system for the particular month. (g)All the charges for T&P like paper, printer cartridge, or any other item required for running of vending station shall be borne by the contractor only. (h) No extra charges will be paid by the department and nothing shall be claimed by the contractor/bidder regarding any of the above clauses.
