Sch 'A' Part-I B/R work:- Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 9 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 6 mm thick plywood, 5 Nos of ply, grade BWP, type BB fixed with nails timber frame-work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain fillets of second class soft wood , sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain fillets of second class soft wood , sectional area n. exc. 6 Sqcm moulding as in cornices, picture rails and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Extra over rates of block board or veneered particle board 25mm thick for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick, rectangular/square/rocked in shape sectional area n.exc 3 Sqcm fixed with nails complete all as specified

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 35mm thick of 2nd class hardwood Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated for doors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 30mm thick of 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. devided in squares in plain, chamfered or rounded. mittered and rebated with sash bars and providing in windows, ventilators and stiles and rails etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newaly wood and wood based material surface of any descriptiony description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm long, mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 300 mm Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm long Aluminium anodisedl barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type 'D' , anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Towel Rail 600mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats. (Minimum weight 190gms)

S&F in repair harrison rails, anodised aluminium alloy, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads area exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 4 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sch 'A' Part-II E/M work:- Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L for Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable in PVC casing and capping, 1.5 Sqmm with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal Boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets etc with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq.mm size

All as per Srl item No 33 here in before but for One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps on the same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size
