Preparation of surface for new foundation including demolising the existing foundation (if required cutting the existing divider and casting the new foundation) repairing the road with patch if damaged etc.
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of high-quality group control enabled integrated LED Street Light with a minimum system lumen of 16380 lm and system wattage not exceeding 120W (±3W) with a nominal system efficacy of 140 lumen/watt. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM = 5 and CRI=70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” and shall not be bolted/welded/mechanically joined to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The luminaire shall have polycarbonate front cover/lens. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved and should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 75K hours@L70. Product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 and impact resistance shall be IK10. Control gear compartments shall be Top maintainable without accessing/opening the optical compartment. The Luminaire should have a minimum 10 KV/5KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 5KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only and shall be from either, APT Electronics and CREE make or equivalent. The Driver should be asphalt potted and should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall be replaceable. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF=0.95 @full load, THD=10% @ full load, In-built surge protection of 4KV. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown/cut-off at less than 90V and 325V(±15V) and have an auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 and IEC 61000-3-2. The driver shall be EMI/EMC Complied as per EN55015/CISPR15. The luminaire shall be able to give Constant Light output (CLO) between voltage range of 140V to 277V. The luminaire driver and it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer/Lighting company as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322, `FAT` before dispatch as per IS 10322 and IK Test. The detailed specifications shall be as per tender.
Supply, Testing and Commissioning of Smart wireless street light controller (SLC) with 5 pin NEMA base suitable to mount on compatible LED Streetlight luminaires having 5 pin NEMA socket. The SLC shall communicate over RF 865 MHz – 868 MHz frequency range. The SLC shall be suitable for lighting load upto 500W, having standby power consumption =2VA, operating at 220V AC 50 Hz. The SLC shall be capable of controlling dimmable driver over 1V-10V / 0-10V protocol. The SLC shall be suitable to operate -20 C to plus 70 C operating: 40 C to plus 85 C storage, having IP 66 rating and internal antenna. The housing of SLC shall be made of Polycarbonate for high impact resistance, it shall also have internal surge protection of 4kv. The SLC shall be able to wirelessly communicate parameters of lighting load such as Lamp Power, Line voltage, Current, Active power, Reactive power, Apparent Power, Power factor, Energy consumption (active/reactive), Lamp / SLC running hours, Lamp On / Off cycles counter etc. along with fault alerts of individual SLC/Luminaire failure. The SLC Shall communicate individually to the field gateway device over RF Free Band Frequencies. SLC shall have secure communication of data over network security layer and application security layer. The SLC shall be of same make/Lighting Company as that of LED Luminaire.

Supply, Testing and Commissioning of cloud-based Group control cum gateway communicating on RF Free band frequency with SLC and over cellular/ethernet with cloud server. Group controller cum gateway shall be placed in IP55 enclosure. Bidirectional communication over RF Free Band frequency of 865 MHz - 868 MHz. It shall have communication of GPRS/WIFI with internal antenna and IMEI inside. The enclosure should have class-1 energy meter, latching relay, bypass timer, MCB complete as required as per detail technical specification.
