Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed . NOTE- Work will be carried out upto 2nd storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on on brick /stone/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement (upto 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding), complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description ground to 2nd floors and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:3 or Plain Cement Concrete as in sunken floors without extra cement on walls/floors and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunken floor any material manually and with heat tark gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm. Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch or equivalent make as approved by GE cold applied.Bituminous mortar and cold emulsion cum water proofing liquid of Shalikote-T-10 or equivalent make as approved by GE, created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition). Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE having alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm /Sqm. Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/fiber mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm.

Discription count down as per srl item no 7.00 Allowed of first coat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs. Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm in opposite direction of 1st coat by brush or roller. Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm. Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work. Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days applying 2 coats of U V Resistand Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl - 215 or eauivalent make as approved by GE having elongation of 300% after curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083, for U V protection of bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic emulsified liquid membrance of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only.

Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed

G.I. Tubing 40 mm dia heavy grade galvanised laid over floors as a spout pipe in sunken floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster from chajjas or facias etc, incl. dismantling of damage conerete & repair the same with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate) on chajjas of any width and applying 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound, finished even & smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Noe- Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for scaffolding/formwork for single/double storey building of height 8.0 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces.(Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description ground to 2nd floors and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof slab, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, chajjjas, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) incl fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, break in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roof and not exc. 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10cm but n.exc. 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Preparing existing surface of floor and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm (b) Rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar (1:4) on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (c) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (d) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface.

Cound down description as per srl item no. 18.00 (e) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (f) Over the APP membrane, apply a coat of semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (iii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in roof padding coping, bed blocks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed .

2nd class hard wood 35mm thick factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed .

2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters 35 mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed .

Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet with one or more rebate reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening as per specification & drawing No CEPZ/TD-378/11 sheet No 1/1, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including making good uneven surface/holes with Birla wall care putty coloured in same shade where ever required etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars, cornices etc (upto 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman. Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high including obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.2 Sqm with paint to match existing work complete all as specified .

50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope of 1:20 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint at 3m interval and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
