Construction of centralized 65 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on Advanced Aerated Wetland Sewage Treatment Technology at Nehru Shatabdi Nagar, Bilaspur including operation AND maintenance for 5 years on Turnkey basis.

Survey, Planning, Designing, Supplying, Constructing, Testing, Trial and Satisfactory Commissioning of 65 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on Advanced Aerated Constructed Wetland Technology consisting of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical items as per requirement, design and scope of work on turnkey basis.

SEWERAGE SYSTEM/SEWER NETWORK: Surveing, Designing, Constructing and Commissioning of the sewarage system/sewerage network for the complete colony as per approved drawing for discharging the sewage to the STP consisting of the sewerage network of DWC HDPE Pipeline of SN 8 Grade as per IS 16098 part II of length 1850 mtrs approx as per the design including all necessary connections (including from buildings to the Sewer Net work with necessary modifications/traps, if any, as per requirement) and related jobs including additional pumping stations etc. as required including all complete items/works as per scope of work (including cost of RCC Manholes and RCC Chambers) (Note: Payment shall be made/deducted on pro-rata basis against increase and decrease in length of Sewer network as specified)

Development Works: a) Site Development: Levelling, Dressing of the entire Campus of STP (inside boundary wall) and Landscapping/Plantation as per Drawing and requirement. b) Construction of Boundary wall all around the STP with RCC column and column footing suitably spaced as per Design, plinth beam and coping beam of RCC M-25 grade and fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including plastering finishing, main gate of structural steel of suitable size, priming, painting etc all complete (Total length of boundary wall incl. Gate 138 mtrs approx and Height 2.5 mtr. from Ground Level). c) Roads and pavement: Bituminous Road of 176 sqm. as per drawing and scope of work. d) Drain: RCC drain of avg. size 300 mm x 450 mm and 138 mtr. in length shall be provided as per requirement and drawing. The specifications shall be as per Scope of Work.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE : Operation and Maintennace of STP for 5 five years (Total 60 calender Months) after completion of construction of STP, Trial Run and commissioning of STP (including the required chemicals, man power T&P, spares, flushing of sewer net work atleast twice every month etc inculding disposal of sludge to the nearest location, all complete as per the instructions of the Engineer-In-Charge)
