(C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacture design. Polyster based powder coated internaly and externaly with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. Sound proofing with high quality Foam/ rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specialy designed allenuators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noice level shall be not exceed 75 Db at 1 meter distance as per CPCB norms. Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. Emergency stop push button out side the container. M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth Strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

(d) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of size 300x300x300 including necessary form work. (e) Painting of poles externally with one coat of bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting. (f) The portion above coping shall be painted in alternation bands of black and yellow colour (each band of 30 cm wide) by two coats of super enameled paint upto 1.5m height.

Supply, installation of decorative landscape luminaires 2x20 watt, 220V AC and decorative Lighting steel pole with dual arms made out of GI section with cast iron embellishments with dia 60mm to 76mm at the top and 114mm to 140mm at the bottom, base is made of die cast iron with holes suitable for 20mm and 24mm foundation bolts. Height of lighting pole shall be in range of 3.5-5 meter. Pole is pure polyester based powder coated with high corrosion resistance and chemical chromatised protection with multiple coats of weather resistant polyurethane paint in balck colors. The service window at the lower part of the pole sholud comprise connector, cutouts, MCB, including making all electrical connections complete all as specified and as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Item rate include cost of landscape luminaires and decorative MS pole. (ii) Cost of installation is inclusive in the item rate.

Shifting of LT poles 9 mtr height after breaking PCC, taking out from trench, closing the trench with refilling and shifting refixing at the location complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of earh work, pcc work and demolation of pcc shall be deemed to inclusive in quoted unit rate.

M&L for painting to steel tubler poles 9 m long clamps with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces properly and providing 3 bands /straps 25 cm wide with paint red signal post office colour and 2 band 25 cm wide with white synthetic enamell paint 300 mm apart from plinth block and numbering of poles 100 mm height with white paint in black box of size 125x125mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete / road in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance exceeding 500 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches/holes in soft/disintegrated soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable / foundation for poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Sand cushioning (dry sand) to under ground cable for cable protection provided with layers 8cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose, punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para19.75 of SSR Part-I, 2009.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks old size for protection of cables laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjecent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/disintegrated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/disintegrated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 40 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post /under culvert/ under road incl nut, bolts and clamps for fixing to pole etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and carrying to MES store yard for issue of credit all as specified.
