The organization Should have carried out Mandating satisfactory Completion as prime contractor for O & M of Drinking Water supply Scheme during last 5 years at least One Operation and Maintenance of Drinking Water Treatment Plant of more than 27 MLD in Municipal Corporation/Government Water Supply Department

The organization should have carried out during last 5 years period at least one Operation and Maintenance of Drinking Water Treatment Plant of not less than Rs. 48.75 Lakhs in Municipal Corporation/Government Water Supply Department as mentioned in annexure-A

The Tenderer Should Mandatorily Submitted the Successfully Execution & Commissioning of Pumping Station including Panel Board for HT & LT Cable work Done Certificate of not less than Rs. 48.75 Lakh in last 5 years i.e., from 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

The Agency should have an experience in O&M of Physiochemical treatment system comprising clarifier system, Chemical dosing system, Media Filtration and chlorine dosing facility

To qualify award of this contract tenderer should submit the Individual or Firm or Company Registration Certificates issued by the Competant Authority.

Karnataka Labour Department Registration Certificate for not less than 17 nos (Valid Certificate of Agency Issued by the Competant Authority)

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Registration Certificate (Valid Certificate of Agency Issued by the Competant Authority)

ESI Registration Certificate (Valid Certificate of Agency Issued by the Competant Authority)

GST Registration Certificate and PAN card

The organization should have an annual turnover not less than Rs. 97.50 lakhs in any two financial years during the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

The turnover certificate should be signed by registered Charted Accountant (with UDIN)

The bidder should submit unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement for the value of Rs. 29.25 lakhs issued by nationalized or scheduled bank. The bidder should clearly mention work indent number in the certificate as per the prescribed format.

Mandatorily the Tenderer Should Visit WTP Plant and Raw Water Plant & Submit the Feasibility Report Regarding the Men Material and Completion of Work to City Municipal Council Hosapete Before Last date of Submission Tender Date and Upload the Acknowledged Document along with the Technical Bid filling to comply with the norms will make Tenderer Liable to Rejection

The organization should produce necessary documents signed by appropriate authority for the above
