M&L Taking out (Unloading) All Old Rusted and Muddy Filter Media like Sand, Gravels, etc. from Iron Removal Filter Vessel with Proper Care, Cleaning complete Pipes, Butter-fly Valves, etc. of any Capacity, Flow and Height by Opening the Manhole Cover disconnection and including Removing the Waste Materials up to a distance not exc. 100 Metre away from the Site of Work, Spreading and Levelling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Filling in layers New Manganese Dioxide (MnO₂) Compond (as approved) suitable for Use in Filteration Plant and Oxidation Chamber (as per requirements), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Filling in layers New Washed, Cleaned, Dust Free Filter Media (Sand & Gravels) of Sizes 3/4"x1/2", 1/2"x1/4", 1/4"x1/8", 1/8" x1/6" (as approved) suitable for Use in Filteration Plant (as per requirements), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Strainer, Double Nut type (as approved) as per Site requirements including Taking down/ up Unserviceable Strainer of any description, complete as all specified and as directed.

(c) Drain out Transformer Oil and Storing in suitable Container and Keep at Safe Place for Refilling. Container required for Serviceable/unserviceable Oil received from Draing out from Voltage Stabilizer will be within Scope of this Item. (d) To Carry out Inspection Internally by Opening Top Cover and Removing Bolts, Nuts, Washers and all Mounting Accessories. (e) Cleaning the Tank Internally with suitable Clothes before Refilling the Transformer Oil. (f) Refilling the New/ Serviceable Oil after Complete Repair.
