Repairing/rewinding /servicing/overhauling of 50HP & 75HP slip ring induction motor

a) Rewinding/ Servicing /overhauling of 50HP, Slip ring Induction Motor, Main Stator winding after opening the core from the body and stripping out the existing defective winding from the adjacent slots, cleaning each slot,, insulating with necessary F class insulation, rewinding fresh super enamled copper wire to complete stator, coating of Dr. Beck Varnish as per Dr. Beck becktol red, new cooling fan to be provided in place of damaged fan i.e.- aluminium/cast iron , new painting to the motor to be done and three step heating in the oven including refitted of all the dismantled components with testing at workshop. Also Bearing housings proper alignment or resized/material filling if required in housings of both end as per bearings to be fitted properly, additional terminal box with cable lug assembly to be provided if required, Rotor cleaning, varnishing, heat up and complete motor testing and requisite testing values after motor trail to be accepted as per IS/IEC standard before delivery at our workshop. To & Fro transportation charges will be borne by party. NB: (Lumsum quoted rate to be considering old damage/dismantled copper wire rate).
