Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted original ground supporting subgrade in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etcetera complete as per HP.PWD specification. 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203. Plain cement concrete grade M-10(ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete including the cost of form work within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by manual/ mechanical means means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lifts as per technical specification clause 1603.1. including carriage of material and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetra as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade two or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 110mm (one hundred ten millimetre) diametre single socketed unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes on wall face conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimetre) gap for thermal expansion complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimetre) gap for thermal expansion complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 25mm dia(twenty five millimetre diametre) nominal bore G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etcetera internal work-exposed on wall complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
