ACP CLADDING :- Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design by NFC. Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel of make ALUDECOR /VIVA/Alstrong/Alstone sheet or equiavlent with Tray System cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding shall be done with Aluminum framming section with 25x50mm 1.5mm thk Brand Jindal /Hindalco or equivalent natural colour with necessary screws and hardware for complete system.The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete including scaffolding , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. :Providing & fixing of ACP panelling with 4 MM THK approved make ALUDECOR /VIVA/Alstrong/Alstone sheet with Tray System. The panel groves fill with DC 789 weather sealant grade from Dow corning make or approved equivalent, Screw, Nut Bolt, GI bracket, Maskin Tape, Backer Rod, ETC. Aluminum framming section with 25x50mm 1.5mm thk Brand Jindal /Hindalco thick natural colour with necessary screws and hardware for complete system.

STRUCTURAL WORK FOR ELEVATION: Supply Fabrication and Erection of structural steel work using 50mm x50mm Tubuler section IS4923 as per Apollo,TATA Structure,Jindal pipe or equivalent , at all heights above plinth level as per Design including supplying of steel sections cutting,fabricating using welding/ bolts,using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Phillips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source complete as specified and directed.

Stick Structural glazing System :Designing , Providing & fixing of 6MM THK SGU colour glass stick glazing suystem including powder coated Aluminium Sections of make Brand Jindal /Hindalco or equivalent mullion and Transom 111 X 58 X 2 mm & 75 X 58 X 2 mm thick with 80 micron Powder Coading or as per design , designed to withstand wind pressure up to 150 Km/hr., Fabrication charges with notched and fixed with galvanised MS brackets (HDG) hot deep.sealing all joints between individual panels with 20mm wide x 4 mm deep Silicone Joints with Silpurf NB of GE Silicones / Dow Corning 995 with backor rod to give air tight curtain wall to the building. Rate including frame work cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding etc.Supply and fixing Vision glass SGU 6 MM THK colour/ reflective Saint gobain glass/Gaurdian Glass/ASI/Modigurd including 25% Ventilation Area i.e providing top hung openble window along with all hardwares having heavy duty point lock, handle, SS friction hinges and all other necessary hardware and screw complete as pecified and directed by EIC.The rate shall include cost of filler between he floors to have air tight system.

Supply & Installation Of Powder coated Rafter :-Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings of Make Jindal/Hindalco or equivalent and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws, scaffolding etc. necessary for fabrication.Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment complete as specified and directed.

Water Proof Gypsum Falseceiling :- Providing and fixng suspended ceiling, with Water Proof Gypsum 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board which includes GI perimeter channels (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres. Then suspending GI intermediate channeles of size 45mm ( with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Then GI Ceiling section of having web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in dierction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm centres. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge gypboard plain (conforming to IS 2095 part 1 1996) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres, screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment.

Wooden Wall Cladding :- Supplying and fixing of 12mm thk Ply Panelling with 18mm Thk wooden framework -Providing and fixing in properline and level,12mm thick Water proof plywood of approved make BWP conforming to IS 710, 100% Greenlam/Century/Gurjan Brand Royal Club/Gurjan club/Green Ply or Equalent etc. with 1.00 mm thick Laminate finish of Greenlam/Merino/Century or Equalent with approved shade ,fixing panel to existing wall by means of approved wooden screws/ nails with inside Sound Proof Acostical Insuleted Rock Wool Panel of 50mm thick and wooden framework of size 600mm X 600mm , made out of 18/12mm thick ply of BWP grade conforming to BIS 710 of 100% Gurjan Brand Royal Club/Gurjan club etc .make cutting the ply and fixing with nails/ metallic wooden screws in line complete as specified and directed

GLASS PARTITION :-Providing and fixing glass partition with 12mm Thk SAINT GOBAIN/MODI GUARD clear Toughen glass with 3 M frosted glass film of approved make, supported at top WITH ozone Brand L Connector Fixing on 18mm thk 710 Bwp Ply Framing Fixing From Slab and Bottom AluminiumALUMNIUM U Track With Patch Fittings and connectors with the manufacturer's specifications. Cost to be inclusive of joints between glasses to be filled with clear sealant etc. complete as specified and directed by EIC.

GLASS DOOR :- Supplying and fixing frameless 12MM thick clear toughened glass SAINT GOBAIN/MODI GUARD with 3 M frosted glass film , door with SS handles, floor spring, locking, arrangements with SS patch fitting (approved make) etc. compleat. All SS member to be in Satin/hairline/mirror finish as per EIC/Architect's choice complete as specified and directed by EIC.

FLOOR SPRINGS :- Providing & fixing Ozone Stainless Steel Double Cylinder Floor Spring Glass Package Set (Silver) or equiavlent tested to 5,00,000 cycles, as per : EN 1154 complete as specified and directed by EIC.

WOODEN DOORS :- Supplying and fixing 32MM thick Pine wood Flush door shutter With Ravella Brand of BWR grade, anti termite treated, with both side 1.00 mm Laminate Finish of approved shade of make Greem,Merino,Century Brand, providing and fixing 300mm SS handles, SS Heavy Hinges, Godrej hydraulic door closer, door stopper ,Godrej/europa locking, arrangements with Tower Bolt Etc.
