To carryout structural Audit of Over Head Tank at P-106 Near SMC AF-I Area under GE(AF) Jamnagar No2 (a) Rebound hammer test in accordance with IS:13311(Part-2), by portable Rebound Hammer nondestructive digital test equipment including removing of old plaster as required for carrying out the test and redoing the plaster after testing in CM 1:3 as required to match the surface even and smooth - 400 Nos. (b) Ultra Sonic Pulse Velocity Test (UPV Test) in accordance with IS:13311(Part-1) and IS:516 Part-5, Sec-2 by portable ultrasonic non-destructive digital test equipment including removing old plaster as required for carrying out the test and redoing the plaster after testing, in CM 1:3 as required to match the surface even and smooth - 400 Nos (c) Half Cell Potential test in accordance with ASTM C876 Half Cell Potential to access the probability of corrosion of reinforcement - 90 Nos. (d) Reinforcement scanning test to check the condition of the reinforcement of existing beams,columns and slab of the Tank- 90 Nos. (e) Core cutting & compression test in accordance with IS:516 on RCC members as per requirement. 67 mm or 43mm core cutting by avoiding reinforcement, core filling by micro concrete with bond coat- 01 LS. (f) Providing and laying of scaffolding and staging for the safety of the technician and for carrying out the structural assement work and removing the same scaffolding from the site after completion of the test - 01 LS. (g) Mobilization and demobilization of all the items and equipement used for carrying out the above tests and submitting the test report in quadruplicate copy (Folders) - 01 LS
