Supply, install, testing and commissioning of central air conditioning plant water Cooled Screw Chillers comprising screw compressors chilling Machine for Nominal minimum Capacity 75 TR (2 working and 1 standby) with R-134 A refrigerant with water-cooled condenser, flooded evaporator, refrigerant piping, Refrigerant R-134 A (first charge), Microprocessor based control panel, with & other accessories.

Notes:- (i) Providing & Fixing of AHRI certified Water cooled Screw Chiller Packages of minimum 75 TR (Actual) with refrigerant circuit, screw Chiller compressor suitable for green Refrigerant R-134 A, Insulated Shell and tube Evaporator. Each unit shall consist of following:- ii) Insulation for chiller discharge and suction lines from compressor to condensor duly covered with aluminium cladding. iii) Automatic step less capacity control, safety devises, sensors and internal wiring. iv) Expansion valve for referigerant flow control on demand. vi) Microprocessor control panel with display and should also have the BMS connectivity ports along with communication link vi) First charge of oil and referigerant gas, alongwith differential pressure switches for cooler across the inlet & outlet of cooler.

DESIGN CONDITIONS:- (i) 'COP@AHRI Condition should be min 5.24 (ii) Chilled Water Leaving Temp. = 7° C (iii) Chilled Water Entering Temp. = 12.0 DegC (iv) Fouling factor chiller (M2.K/KW) = 0.00025 (v) Condenser Water Entering Temp. = 32.0 DegC

(vi) Condenser Water Leaving Temp. = 36.0 DegC (vii) Fouling factor Condenser (M2.K/KW) = 0.0001 (viii)100% IKW/TR @ Design Conditions should be less than 0.67 KW/TR (ix) NPLV should not be more than 0.47 KW/TR (x) Each chiller at 100%, 75% and 50% load conditions should be as per AHRI Test standards.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 150 mm bore, heavy duty "C" class MS pipe ISI marked as per IS: 1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbows ,flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel supports as required/directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 125 mm bore, heavy duty "C" class MS pipe ISI marked as per IS: 1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbows ,flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel supports as required/directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 100 mm bore, heavy duty "C" class MS pipe ISI marked as per IS: 1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbows ,flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel supports as required/directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 80 mm bore, heavy duty "C" class MS pipe ISI marked as per IS: 1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbows ,flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel supports as required/directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 65 mm bore, heavy duty "C" class MS pipe ISI marked as per IS: 1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbows ,flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel supports as required/directed.

M&L for 50 mm bore tubes, galvanised steel, light grade, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with all fittings.

M&L of insulation for MS pipe, 125 mm bore, with PUF pipe section 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and covered with 15 mm thick cement plaster on under ground portion of pipe line and aluminium cladding with 26 gauge on exposed pipe line complete.

M&L of insulation for MS pipe, 100 mm bore, with PUF pipe section 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and covered with 15 mm thick cement plaster on under ground portion of pipe line and aluminium cladding with 26 gauge on exposed pipe line complete.

M&L of insulation for MS pipe, 80 mm bore, with PUF pipe section 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and covered with 15 mm thick cement plaster on under ground portion of pipe line and aluminium cladding with 26 gauge on exposed pipe line complete.

M&L of insulation for MS pipe, 65 mm bore, with PUF pipe section 30 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and covered with 15 mm thick cement plaster on under ground portion of pipe line and aluminium cladding with 26 gauge on exposed pipe line complete. Note for item No 08.00 to 11.00:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included cost of necessary minor items like adhesive, clamp, supports & binding wire required at site. Necessary work required to connect with existing AHU shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable reciprocating compressor open type complete after unscrewing the foundation nut bolts, coupling & disconnecting suction and discharge valves & pipes of capacity 75 TR of any model and make and removing from site and depositing in AGE E&M store yard including transportation.

Dismantling old unserviceable reciprocating compressor motor of squirral cage Induction Motor 100HP/75KW, 1450 RPM of any model and make after unscrewing the foundation nut bolts, coupling & disconnecting power cables etc. from foundation and taking out from site and depositing in AGE E&M store yard including transportation.

Strip opening and taking down of old unserviceable shell and tube type water cooled condensor of capacity 75 TR with MS shell and intergral copper tubes with safety valve and depositing in AGE E&M store yard including transportation.

Dismantling old unserviceable Dx Chiller of capacity 75 TR with plain copper tubes with safety valve and depositing in AGE E&M store yard including transportation.

Dismantling old unserviceable FRP induced cooling tower of capacity 150 TR with three phase elecric motor with float valve and PVC fins etc and removing from site and depositing in AGE E&M store yard including transportation.

Dismantaling old unserviceable cooling tower motor of capacity squirral cage Induction Motor 10 HP and depositing in AGE E&M store yard including transportation.

M&L for cutting of bituminous/PCC/PQC road for laying of pipe line n. exc. 30 cm thick and 50 cm to 90 cm wide including making good to disturbed portion to match with the existing road/path with PCC.

Dismantaling and taking down old unserviceable monoblock chiller water pumpset of 36 m head with induction motor of 20HP and taking out from site and depositing in AGE E&M store yard including transportation.

Dismantaling and taking down old unserviceable condensor water circulating pump with motor of 15HP/11 KW capacity squirral cage Induction Motor and taking out from site and depositing in AGE E&M store yard including transportation.

Dismantaling and taking down old unserviceable floor mounted LT control panel with aluminium bus bar with 400A incommg MCCB and 3 Nos. outgoing of 125 A for compressor and 5 Nos. of MCCBs for pumps etc and taking out from site after disconnecting the power cables.

Dismantaling and taking out old unserviceable rusted underground MS pipes with for chilled water circulation line of size 65 mm to 150 mm from plant room to 5 Nos. storage sheds and taking out from site. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, erect, testing and commissiong of 200 TR cooling tower round shape, cooling capacity 200 TR, water flow rate 3000 LPM, Hot water temperature 97.5°F, Cold water temp 90°F Height 3300 mm, Diameter 3600 mm, Evaporation loss 0.70%, water surface area 1273 M3, No of fan 01, Fan dia 1800 mm, Fan speed 700-750 RPM, Air Quality 50400 CFM, No of Motors 01 No, Capacity 7.5 HP, Motor Speed 700-750 RPM, 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, flanged Type, basin/casing FRP, PVC filles, sprinkle assembly including connection of all pipes at inlet and out let pipe as per existing dia with electrical connection and control cable from panel to cooling tower and all civil work for cooling tower foundation all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Material of fan blade should be aluminium. (ii) Fan should be axial type (iii) Motor should be TE-WP, IP 55 protection (iv) Sprinkle should be aluminium made (v) Ladder up to the top of tower.

Supply, laying in trenches/on wall/on pole/in duct /through protection pipe and testing of XLPE control cable 2.5 Sqmm 16 Core of copper conductor from Plant room control panel to AHU rooms complete including retrieving/taking out/taking down old unserviceable cable from duct/trenches/pipes/pole/wall etc. including brick cover and protection pipe and disconnecting the connections all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, stone patti/brick/PCC block cover and protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and lay in trenches/on wall/on pole/in duct /through protection pipe, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, LT cable, 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core size including retrieving/taking out/taking down old unserviceable cable from duct/trenches/pipes/pole/wall etc. including brick cover and protection pipe and disconnecting the connections. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, stone patti/brick/PCC block cover and protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down old unserviceable PVC expansion tank of 1000 Ltr & Supply, Installation ,commissioning and Testing of expansion tank of capacity 1000 litre made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly insulated and with all accessories such as non return valve inter connecting pipe. The Open vessel expansion tank shall be complete with all accessories so as to make it ready for installation and commissioning on site. Insulation of tank shall be made with 50 mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/ Cum with factory laminated aluminum vapour barrier including the following : -

(a) Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 metre.

S&F in repairs in position butterfly valve, handle operated type, Gun metal conforming to BIS:5155, MSS SP67 & APT 609, duly insulated with Nitrile rubber screwed/flanged ends complete all as specified of following size:-

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs of precise balancing, double regulation type cast iron balancing valve 100 mm dia having FG 200 cast iron body conforming to IS 210: 2009, copper alloy trim, stainless steel 2 Cr. 13 stem, 2.4 MPa body test pressure & 1.6 MPa maximum working pressure and standard flange ends duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of apppropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing in repairs 65/80 mm bore insulated three- way mixing valve suitable with modulating motors with necessary cooling/heating thermostat for AHUs duly insulated with Nitrilr Rubber complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 6" dual scale temperature (°F/°C), lower mount (radial), bimetal thermometer having 0.5 NPT process connection, Grade A accuracy class as per ASME B40.200, stem diameter 6.35 mm, laminated safety glass window, stainless steel 304 case, steam, process connection & joint, aluminium dial & pointer, IP67 protection, scale range 0- 60 °C complete with accessories, etc. as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 4" bourdon tube pressure gauge conforming to EN 837-1, having copper alloy process connection & pressure element, plastic black pointer & case, plastic crystal-clear window, snap-fitted in case, accuracy class 2.5, scale range 0- 25 bar complete with accessories, etc. as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs automatic air-vent valve with 20 mm end connections, brass OT 58 body and cover, polyacetal lever, high density expanded polyethylene float, EPDM rubber plug, stainless steel spring, polyamide cap etc. suitable for maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and maximum operating temperature 115 °C respectively, installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs wall mounted digital temperature cum %RH controller (Digital Thermo Hygrometer) complete with large LCD, English display having operating voltage 24±10% V AC, 50 Hz frequency, ≤ 8 VA power consumption, 0.5ºC temperature display resolution, 0.1% relative humidity display resolution, IP20 protection, etc. including battery and control wiring in PVC conduit from return air duct to AC Plant Room complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs cast steel bolted cover Y-type strainer with CCS body conforming to ASTM A- 216 Gr. WCB, AISI 304 screen with 1.2 mm diameter perforation, 20 kg/cm² body test pressure & 20 kg/cm² maximum working pressure and standard flange end conforming to BS 10 Table F / Class-150 duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of apppropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes:-

M&L for MS cable tray, perforated and painted with powder coating of size 300 mm (W) X 60 mm (D) X 1.6 mm (T) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sactions, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with MS suspenders, including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for in repairs earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to and including earth lead of galvanized strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe up to 7.5 m. M&L for in repairs duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 25mm. S&F chiller water pumpset with induction motor of 20 HP with 36 m head and discharge 28.2 LPS suitable for chiller unit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F condensor water circulating pump with 15 HP motor with 18 m head and discharge 50 LPS suitable for condensor unit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested (CPRI certified) LT Panel board type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars of rating 600 amps installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front & back side opening type, with apron for cable entry with single door setter and locking arrangement and PCC and earth work etc. after taking down old unserviceable panel and comprising of the following :-

M&L for dry clean fine river sand as in sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand layer all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm ISI marked (IS-5820-1970) laid flat for cable protection abutting each other laid dry width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/on wall/on pole/in duct /through protection pipe, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, LT cable, 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core size including retrieving/taking out/taking down old unserviceable cable from duct/trenches/pipes/pole/wall etc. including brick cover and protection pipe and disconnecting the connections. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, stone patti/brick/PCC block cover and protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix in replacement water flow switch of 25 mm size for insetting in line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of PAN humidifier of capacity 9 KW, 415 volts, 50 Hz, single step control electric panel and all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repalcement GI tubing medium grade 25 mm bore including fittings complete all as specified and directed.
