Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Brick work with fly ash, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required of superficial area exc 400 sq.cm but n.exc 0.10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of PVC Building service tanks of capacity n.exc. 250 litres situated at various places by removing the float valve of any size carefully and keeping it safe for refixing, inspecting the float valves, check nuts and nipples for serviceability, inspecting the tanks for cracks if any, bailing out the accumulated water at the bottom and removing the complete silt from the bottom of the tank and thereafter cleaning and rubbing inner surface using bleaching powder and wire brushes, taking out all scales, dirt etc. and cleaning of tank with fresh water including writing on the out side of the tank “CLEANDED ON - (Date)” with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 10cm high in white color, over a black background of appropriate size, refixing of float valve and check nuts etc including dismantling and reconnecting and refixing in psoition complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Taking up or down 50mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed or polished) as in floor, 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.
