NOTE :The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. In case the overall quoted rates are less than to the overall minimum wages as mention in SCh 'A' notes and such quoted bid shall be consider as a non-bonafide bids and same shall be rejected during financial evaluation. The tenderers should keep in mind while quoting their offer. However contractor/bidder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for rejection of financial bids.

Outsourcing services for rescue to the trapped person( in case any failure of lift or in emerggency) from group of electrically operated automatic passengers/ goods lift of building with Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) for 08 hrs per day per month including reliver on Sundays & holidays required for servicing of rescue to the trapped personand including taking care form any pilfrerage/theft or damage to lift, daily cleaning and daily maintenance necessary of records & documents complete all as specified and directed. Location and manpower details:- (a) New MAP OR ACCN at outside FW [02 blocks x 02 lifts on each block = 4 nos of lifts with 02 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) x 03 shifts ( Morning shift, Evening & Night Shift) ] = 06 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) for 08 hrs per day (b) MAP officers Accn JSA enclave block I & II (4 nos of lift) at out side FW. [02 blocks x 02 lifts on each block = 4 nos of lifts with 02 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) x 03 shifts ( Morning shift, Evening & Night Shift)] = 06 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) for 08 hrs per day (c) MAP JCO's/OR's ACCN at out side FW [02 blocks x 03 lifts on each block + 01 blocks x 02 lifts on each block = 8 nos of lifts in three blocks with 02 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) x 03 shifts ( Morning shift, Evening & Night Shift) ] = 06 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) for 08 hrs per day (d) MES IB with 01 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) x 03 shifts ( Morning shift, Evening & Night Shift)) = 03 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) for 08 hrs per day . (e) P-1 Bldg with 01 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) x 01 shifts ( Evening Shift) ] = 01 no Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) for 08 hrs per day . (f) OTM Command Building with 02 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) x 01 shifts ( Morning shift)+ 02 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) x 01 shifts (Evening shift) ] = 04 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) for 08 hrs per day . Toal Qty Details:-[(3 x 06)+3+1+4]= 26 nos Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) for 08 hrs per day x 11 months = 286 Each calender month

Note for item no 2 (including sub items)::- (a) Contribution towards 'EPF’ and ‘ESIC’ shall be payable only after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment. Similarly amount of bonus as quoted or as notified by the Govt whichever is higher will be payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of payment of requisite amount of bonus to the workmen bank account. (b) Irrespective of quoted rate against wage here-in-above , the tenderer/bidder shall be liable to pay unit quoted wage or minimum wages (as mention in Sch ‘A’note) whichever is higher to employee directly into their bank account. (c) In any circumtances cash payment to the employee shall not be allowed/considered. (d) Unit rate shall be quoted one Lift Operator Mate (Semi Skiled) per 08 hour service per Day for one month

(a) DUTY TIME :- A normal working time of 08 hour shift as mentioned in PS. However, GE/Engg-in-Charge at his discretion may change the shift timings as per requirements and 1 shift or 2 shift installation may be late-night hours. The shift of 08 hours shall be continuous. The quoted rate shall be deemed to take into account such situations. (b) Operator will take all preventive measures as per code of practise of EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. The Department will not be responsible for any type of incident. (c) All the safety equipments and tools related to workmanship shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. Contractor shall be provide T & P such as (Pipe wrench, pliers, line tester, test lamp, clamp meter) two set of uniforms to every operator, one No first aid box, cotton waste, wipping cloths to each installation under contract schedule, required log sheets of pumping sets and DG sets of all installations and sweeping instruments and the cost thereof deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (d) Lift operator mate shall be Mate (Semi Skiled). (e) The term & condition as specified in Sch 'A' Note & PS of tender document. Accordingly bidder should quoting their offer. (f) Unit rate shall be quoted one Lift operator mate per 08 hour service per Day for one calendar month. (g)The operator should have own conveyance and communication system like mobile etc. (h) Amount of bonus is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, i.e proof of account payment. Similarly items/sub-items of ‘contribution towards EPF’ and ‘contribution towards ESIC’ shall also be payable after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment.
