Supply, and operating of Excavator EX-200 Capacity, Make 2017 or above on as and when required basis at Paradip Port Authority (PPA) Inside PPA Harbour for attending DCI intended works at Paradip. Operational Charges: Operational Hours considered for payment. 1. From 00 Hrs to 04 Hrs = Half Shift of 04 Hours 2. From 04Hrs to 08 Hrs = Full Shift of 08 Hours 3. Beyond Shift of 08 Hrs= Per Hour Note: The rate (to be quoted) is inclusive of Loading, Transportation, Unloading, Operator & Helper wages, PF & Insurance, Permissions, PPT Pass, Fuel oils & Lubes, Mobilization & De-Mobilization, Break down, all inclusive but excluding GST. 2. The break down hours during operational hours will not be considered for payment.

Charges for extra hours beyond shift of 08Hrs.

Retention Charges: Note: The retention charges will be applicable only if the hired Poclain is at designated Site, idle in a day of 24Hrs. On account of DCI instructions.

Supply, and operating of one excavator EX-200 Capacity, Make 2017 or above on dally hire basis for attending works such as clearing of pumped material, spreading of material, extension of pipeline, shifting & replacing of MS pipes, and other project works at NRL reclamation area. Operational Charges: Operational Hours considered for payment 1. From 06.00 Hrs to 14:00Hrs= 01 Full Shift of 08Hrs. 2. From 14.00Hrs to 22:00Hrs = 01 Full Shift of 08Hrs, 3. From 22:00Hrs to 06:00Hrs= 01 Full Shift of 08Hrs. (Total 03 Shifts in 24Hrs) Note: The rate (to be quoted) is inclusive of Loading, Transportation, Unloading, Operator & Helper wages, PF & Insurance, Permissions, PPT Pass, Fuel, Oils Mobilization & De-Mobilization, Break down, all inclusive but excluding GST. 2. The break down hours during operational hours will not be considered for payment.
