M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75mm or less with using 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with mechanical broomer attached with tractor or equivalent for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dust etc, having black top surfaces and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10Sqm on existing bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed by enginer in charge.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5% binders content by weight of total mix and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (a) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be laid by using mechanical paver. (b) Rates of taking down and refixing of existing cat eyes, Solar road stud & delinator of any decription shall be included in the qoted rates.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5 mm thick single layer as in center lines and edge line road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), 150/100 mm width, White/Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer instruction complete including taking out old layer of paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road studs, flashing type, bi-directional with LEDS (Light emitting Diodes) on each sides red colour with reflector strip & aluminium cast housing with & including fixing arrangement as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 900 mm Delineator minimum dia 75.3 mm as per IS 1239 Part 1 of 1979. The outer surface of delineator shall be pasted with 5 bands of retro reflective sheet of high intensity grade. Delineator shall have the protective jail/cage over reflective bands. The pattern of Retro reflective bands as under: Ist Band/Sheet of red colour of 25 mm shall be pasted at 25 mm from the top of delineator followed by a white band of 25 mm with between spacing of 25 mm . The 3rd Red band of 25 mm from the 2nd white band , 4th band of 25 mm shall be pasted at a gap of 25 mm from the 3rd band , 5th red band of 25 mm shall be pasted at a gap of 25 mm from the 4 th white band over and including excavation and fixing of Delineator in PCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed .
