Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305 1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m. dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead 2 of 3.00 Km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading conveyance and stacking charges etc complete

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH (for key walls)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material/close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN/ Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification of MORTH for Grading - III material.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixture including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, machine mixing charges, curing charges etc., complete as per S S

Vibrated cement concrete M 30 grade design mix using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, ting, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for C C

Supply and placing separation membrane of impermeable plastic 7 sheeting 125 micron thick under pavement slab including cost and conveyance etc complete

Supply of 25mm thick high performance expansion joint filler board (silflex capcell HD 100 or equalent make) placing the same 25mm below top of pavement slab, sealing with bituminious hot sealing 8 compound (Grade "A" ISI) polysulphide at 45m interval in CC Pavement including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for placing and positioning for expansion joints confirming to MORTH Specification.

Supply and laying of Polysulphide sealant by sealing the joints including cost and conveyeance of all material and labour charges for placing in position for contraction joints at 3.50 M interval /for longitudinal joint as per MORTH specification including joint cutting using concrete saw

Collection and spreading of good gravel including cost and conveyance 10 of all materials to work site all labour charges and stacking to departmental guage etc., complete as per SS for berms
