Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan , socket or power ) any type including unscrewing from board,fitting and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators sockets ,light fittings etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with1100 Volts, grade 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) ,PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable drawn through and including non metallic medium duty rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium duty) 20mm dia or higher size complete with all accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, bend, reducer etc including pressed iron/steel suction box of thickness1.2mm for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, and 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core FRLS,PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable green colour as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly including cutting chases for conduits and sinking's for boxes and making good to walls,floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr.-in-charge of following. Repair to Electric meter box by fixing of box cover with welding or replacement of damaged hinges ,replacement of broken/disappear glass by replacement of clear transparent glass of suitable size and fixing with proper manner and reparing/changing of cover fixing arrangement as per existing one including painting with two coat of supper enamelled paint over one coat of primer after cleaning dust,oil ,grease etc by scrapping of outside &inside of meter box of size 75x60x20 cm all as specified and directed

Repair to Electric meter box by fixing of box cover with welding or replacement of damaged hinges ,replacement of broken/disappear glass by replacement of clear transparent glass of suitable size and fixing with proper manner and reparing/changing of cover fixing arrangement as per existing one including painting with two coat of supper enamelled paint over one coat of primer after cleaning dust,oil ,grease etc by scrapping of outside &inside of meter box of size 120x100x20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable earthing with GI electrode chemical advance maintenancefree chemical gel earthing electrode 50mm dia thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.10 mtr below ground level filled with highly conductive metalic compound mixture CCM with the permanent sealing of the both end, outer dia pipe 50mm with strip terminal 50x6 with terminal holes incl one bag 25 kg of bfc compound, earth connected with earth lead GI wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanized iron pipe medium 15 mm bore, PVC chamber as per manufacturer instruction and testing on completion. Note: (i) Earthing has to done by CPRI approved firm and if the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI wire 4 sqmm and 15 mm dia pipe medium grade upto 7.5 mtr is included in the rate quoted for this item

(ii) The minimum size of feeder piller box shold be 900mmx600mmx450mm (iii) MCCB 415 volt ,200amps ,4pole,adjustable thermal magnetic release 80 to 100% ,35 KA (Ics=100%Icu)-01 (iv) The panel shoud be fixed on and including angle iron stand made out of 50x6mm thick 60 cm height duly grouted 30 cm below ground level in PCC all as directed. (v) Item rate includs excavation ,pcc &earth work reqd for taking out old existing cable incl lugs thimble &relaying the same.
