E/M WORKS:- Material and labour for concealed point wiring for fan / light / exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS insulated stranded copper conductor single core including non metalic PVC conduit medium grade of appropriate size concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated unsheathed multistranded copper earth conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for fan / light / exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one switch all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Material and labourfor cutting chases on walls / ceiling and making good disturbed surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:3) etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) All copper cable shall be used in colour coading properly.

S&F in replacement steel water tubing 25 mm dia of bore light grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trechech / fixing with surface of wall after drawn through electric cable by means of nuts bolt and washers all as directed .

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level using GI earth GI Wire 4 mm did connecting to SPN main DB by means of nuts bolts and washers etc. made out of galvanised iron and GI wire connected to main DBs including necessary excavation earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40mm thick RCC cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe and 40 mm for strip, funnel, protection pipe, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal etc. and connecting up to main DBs complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part - 1 complete all specified and directed.
