CA NO. CWE/HILLS/PGH/157 OF 2025-2026 SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD FROM MES IB Y JUNCTION TO BACK SIDE OF ASC (COMP) AT MIL STN PITHORAGARH

Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm & exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep.

Demolition of base course/sub base course of flexible pavement i.e broken stone boulders, quarried stone, coarse aggregate of WBM etc in any position and depositing where ever directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces (in cutting) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete to required level, gradient, slopes, camber and super elevation including filling depressions with and including approved earth which may occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Soling (or sub base) 150 mm thick with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers (each layer of 75mm thick), with broken stone coarse aggregate (lime stone/ sand stone/ flint/ quartzite) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size for 1st layer) and(50 to 20 mm size for 2nd layer) grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepaing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc ,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with machenical blower and gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 10 kg/10 Sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal).

M&L for providing premix bituminious macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber in any thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) grade @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 5 kg/10 Sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminious carpet with 0.41 Cum of stone chipping (0.28 cum of 12.5mm size ans 0.13 cum of 10mm size) mixed with 21.90 kg of binder paving bitumin (VG-30) rolled and compacted with vibartory roller and 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient and applying Premixed sand seal coat using 0.06 Cum of coarse sand mixed with 6.80 Kg bitumin (VG-30) per 10Sqm, applied and rolled to a uniform and smooth surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and like n exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, dressed stone work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete Block Masonary with soilid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L RCC M-30 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, RCC culverts, retaining walls etc ,complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Formwork (rough finished surface) to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for Formwork (rough finished surface) to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Suply only liquid water proofing compound (Integral)

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered surfaces of wall all as specified including prepration of surface

M&L for providing cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate)as in Surface channels and drains complete all as specified & directed

M&L PCC type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms , moulds ,mitred stopped ends etc.

M & L for precast concrete Kerb Stones factory made of type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 10 to 15 cm thick and and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6 including necessary excavation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on kerb stone after preparing new/old surface and applying one coat of primer of approved colour and design all as specified and directed by engineer in charge
