Taking down of defective geysers & checking the Geysers carefully of any capacity any make / model fixed in any position (inside / outside bldg) in any location at Army area Jodhpur & transporatation to E/M store yard for servicing and scraping, cleaning including brazing of inner vessel of the geyser at leakage point to made it leak proof including testing pressure and trace out defects such as replacement of unserviceable thermostat, heating element, pressure release valve, stop valve, bottom cover, nuts & bolts, washer etc and reassembling the geyser after repairing the geysers at site and testing , complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - (i) Replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Complaint to be attended Day-to-day, as well as on required basis.

NOTE :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-( ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth wire. M&L for carrying out repairs and rewinding upto 3.00 HP capacity of mono block pump set, pump motor, electric driven (any make of Kirlosker/ Jyoti/ CG/ Mother platt) , 3 Phase, 415 Volts, with supper enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge including insulation material, varnishing with 'E' class varnish and replacement of water seal including dismantling the motor from foundation after disconnectiong electric connections and transporting the same to work shop for repair and back to site after repair, reassembling with pump, connection and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note for all above items:- 1. All items in BOQ are for"Materials and labour /Supply and fix" and to be executed in "Repairs" unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or "fixing only" in BOQ. Contractors are required to quote their rates accordingly. 2. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deducting amount of "Schedule of Credit" from the Total quoted amount.
