Strengthening of the road from Neively to Melakottam road Km 0/0 - 0/8 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201 in all etc complete

Earth work Excavation in all soils like HSC Soil with initial lead and lift including all other labour charges asper SS 20 A for 100% compaction by power roller etc., completed

Picking the existing mettaled surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete.

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for side berms

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in Subbase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet with seal coat 20mm consolidated using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm IRC size machine crushed HBG metal 0.09 cum of 11.2mm IRC size machine crushed metal with 14.6 Kgs of bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm.metre of premix carpet and 0.09 Cum of 6.75mm IRC HBG size machine crushed HBG metal with 9.80Kg. of itumen per 10 Sqm of seal coat including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved sources to worksite measurement inluding bitumen which will be supplied by the department gauge for pre-measurement store at Panchayat Union Officen including conveyance of bitumen from section stores to worksite and the cost of the same will be recovered from the contractors bill at the rates specified in the specialcondition appended herewith including heating and mixing the materials using mini hot mix plant for premix carpet including all labour charges for spreading the same finishing to specifications, grades and cross section and conslidation by power roller including heating and sparying the bitument for seal coat over.

Road Marking by providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5
