Demolition of concrete surfaces in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 M and not exceeding 500 M and depositing outside MD land at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS - 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild plate(plain or chequerred), channel, square cut or notched(ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment to bottom of pipe conforming to Fe 410-W quality B (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume roofing sheet of 0.50mm thickness (Total coated Metal thickness) mangalore tile pattern profile having tensile strength of 550 MPa, coated with hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating @ 150 gms/sqm, total on both sides of ZN (45%) & AL (55%) of approved colour fixed with GI self tapping fastening bolt/screw as in roof covering/cladding etc as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid block masonry using Solid PCC block type C4 exceeding 10 Cm width, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb, mud stop rounded or chamferred edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable FRLS upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, ISI marked, drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit including all accessories such as bend, tee, junction boxes, elbows etc concealed including pressed steel terminal sunken boxes for fixing modular fittings of size 1.2mm thick fixed with brass screws and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable FRLS earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for for One light/ fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch one way 6A, 1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LED lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells / Philips/Bajaj

Supply and fix MCB SP, 240 Volts, 6 to 32 Amps, breaking capacity of 10 KA, 'C' Curve complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only MCB single pole & neutral 240 volt C curve 10 KA 40 Amps capacity IP 20 transparent lebel holder fully insulated safety shutters complete including suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing distribution board in sheet metal enclosure(CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, powder coated, factory made, IP 43 protection, double door type SPN 4 way with 200 Amps, 240 Volt rated copper bus bar neutral and earth connected bars, fixed properly at directed place by using suitable required fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MCB shall be mesured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable(FRLS) 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 4 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FRLS)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia with accessories including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 4 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.
