Self-attested copy of the certificate of registration with the Labor Department under the Labor Act, 1970

EPF Registration Certificate and self-attested copy of the challan for the last 03 years regarding the deposit of money should be attached with the tender form.

Certified copy of the registration certificate of the State Insurance of the employees (ESI) and self-attested copy of the payment of the State Provident Fund of the employees. (From 5 must be attached)

Certified copy of the GST Registration Certificate and self-attested copy of the filing of GST returns (3 years)

Copy of PAN card of the organization.

Elected members, blacklisted organizations are not allowed to participate in the tender and a certified certificate stating that they are not blacklisted and not an elected member

Report of the audit of the accounts by a Chartered Accountant (CA) for the last 03 years.

Certified details of the overall transactions made by the Human Resource Service for the last 03 years.

Certified proof of filing of Income Tax Returns for the last 03 years.
