SPL REPAIR TO ROAD FROM BLDG NO T-16 (OR MD ACCN ) TO BLDG NO T-14 (OR MD ACCN ) UNDER GE DEHRADUN

M&L for repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, paved bitumen by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to require camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces (using paving bitumen VG-30) complete all as and specified and directed.

Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) at 5Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road making machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers , thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table NO. 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instruction and as directed .

S&F in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (Size of PCC block 150 x150 x 300mm) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shell (100% water proof design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Nl-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturers instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Demoition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of guage exc 63 mm but n. exc 10 mm deposited , spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled / rammmed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.
