Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness including dado any description and removal of debris outside the MoD land complete.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descritpion and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris outside the MoD land complete.

Demolition of cement concrete of any descritpion and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris outside the MoD land complete.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris outside the MoD land complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and neatly stacking at site where directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No 7 here-in-above but except block -do-

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cast in situ in bed blocks for grouting hold fasts, coping, filling in pressed steel chowkat or similar work including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings complete.

M&L pre cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (plain or interlocking joints) and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. flat and rough finished surface all as specified.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14 here- in – above but 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm dia as in stirrups

S&F MS hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Dismantling of existing Deteriorated barbered wire fencing and S&F new galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified. (Each line wire to be measured).

Taking down existing glass coping including bedding mortar and provide Broken glass coping to entire width on top of compound wall over and including 25mm thick 1:3 cement mortar complete and finally removing the debris / rubbish outside the Md land complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed & reomaval of debris/ rubbish out side MoD land)

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone or block masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old surfaces of walls including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of colour wash complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered wall surface and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as directecd.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.
