M&L Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm dia PTMT Ball valve high presure all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using exta cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/colour cement to match over, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity with ISI mark including inlet, ball valve, float, handle and brackets etc. including taking down old defective low level flushing cistern all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix PVC ball valve high pressure with polythene float for high/low level flushing cistern suitable for 15 mm dia of pipe, including taking dowm defective ball valve, all as specified and as directed

Repairs to low level flushing cistern (10 to 12 ltrs capacity) including replacement of necessary spares such as washers, adjustment to level mechanism etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to high level flushing cistern (10 to 12 ltrs capacity) including necessary spares such as washers, adjustment to level mechanism etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass panes 3 mm thick from steel frame including putty/ metal beadings and supply and fix sheet glass ordinary 3 mm thick, in squares n.exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane including necessary new oil putty or with existing metal beadings complete all as specified and as directed

Hacking out old broken glass panes 3 mm thick from wooden framed shutters including putty/wooden beadings and supply and fix sheet glass ordinary quality, 3 mm thick, in square n.exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane including necessary oil putty/wooden beads complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix tubular towel rail aluminium anodised 20 mm dia 'D' type 60 cm long between flanges including taking down defective aluminium tubular towel rail all as specified and as directed.

Taking out CI grating from floor trap and cleaning of all rubbish, clearing the blockage in bathroom/kitchen and refixing the grating in position including making good the damaged portion, if any all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plastic seat and cover superior quality closed pattern with flat bottom of heavy duty including necessary hinged devices, including taking down damaged/ broken plastic seat and cover from EWC all as specified and as directed.
