Dismantling carefully steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats,bar,Grill,window railing and channels including all Sheets, gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 150 metres lead for Re- USE the same. from ground floor level to top of the OHR including roof.of: Existing Structure shed In ground floor including roof. Asbestos Cement sheet/Metal sheet/Fiber sheet

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 150 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Removing old paint from blistered painted surface with application of soda, sajimati or any approved chemical paint remover and exposing the original surface including cleaning and thorough washing to remove all traces of the removing agent including taking out shutters and refixing the same where necessary.from ground floor level to top of the OHR including roof.

Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of Wooden/steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the original surface. from ground floor level to top of the OHR including roof.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,600 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
