Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth, making good by filling up screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving bitumen binder (Vg-30) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller(consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Bituminous premix shall be prepared in computerised hot mix plant and to be laid through self propelled machanical paver complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt,dust etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of Vg-30@ 5 Kg/10 Sqm and providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete(Design Mix) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder contents of paving bitumen (Vg-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix shall be prepared in computerised hot mix plant and to be laid through self propelled machanical paver complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Bitumen 9.2065 MT shall be issued under Schedule 'B' for use. Recovery for the same shall be affected from the contractor at the rate 51459.67/MT. Balance quantity of Bitumen required for completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Unit rate for the item shall be quoted by the contractor accordingly.

2mm thick white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standard 3632 with and including 20% of glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical engine driven machine,painting as in strips(continuous or breaking as directed) including preparation of existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.Makeof paint:- SHREE/KOTHARI/RELIANCE/ASIAN

Dual directional retro-reflective round delineator LONG STAND post made out of 16 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 75mm and length 60 cm, covered with MS wire around the post, post painted with stove enamelled black colour and baked to 120º C, having three retro-reflective white bands of width 150mm as per IRC-79-1981, embedded in PCC block of size 20x20x30cm, in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 including necessary excavation, earth work, form work etc including taking out unserviceable delineator complete all as sepcified and directed. Make - Green of Cat Part No. 11-31 or its equivalent approved make.

High strength solar road stud of following specification :- (a) Size- 132x122x81mm aluminum body with 40mm dia or square and 60mm long shank. (b) Body material-aluminum alloy unbreakable, scratch resistant polycarbonate capabale to bear 15 ton vehicular load. (c) light- minimum 6 nos (3 each side) super bright LED with 10000 mcd and minimum 100 flash. (d) Solar panel and battery - High efficiency monocrystalline 2.5 V/60m Make - SINOR INFRASTRUCTURE or its equivalent in approved makes.

Supply and fixing in repair dual directional reflective Cat Eye of aluminum cast stud of size 100x100mm having three round ABS plastic discs containing 21 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/ red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing on road by hammering complete all as specified and directed. Make - Green/Greenlite of cat Part No GPL 01-01 or its equivalent approved make.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
