S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50 x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutters 28 to 30 mm thick (stile) with wood free EPS, with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front Face & 2mm Plain colour PVC sheet on back face, S&F in frame at site as per specification etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down door/ windows chowkats exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc. 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on internal brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick CM 1:4 with approved water proofing compound over backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:6, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width of type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate and setting in C.M 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered internal surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic / washable distemper over a coat of primer and 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application of paint, primer and wall care putty shall be as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L for preparation new plastered External surfaces for preparation of surface and applying two coats of weather proof (antifungal, Asian Ultima Protek) paint over a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. M&L for application of second coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint ( Asian paint apex ultima proteck or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) on primed wall surface using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres,to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation and complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Acrylic / washable distemper over a coat of primer and 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
