Taking out carefully unserviceable shaft bush and S&F new shaft bush of existing type/ model for ceiling fans & exhaust fans complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully unserviceable ball bearing of any type/ size and S&F new ball bearing suitable for any type/ size ceiling fans & exhaust fans as per the existing standard complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable fan condenser/ capicitor of any size/ make and S&F connecting new fan condenser/ capacitor 2.0 to 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells/ Usha/ Siemens

Dismantling 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan motor of any make, removing old burnt winding wire, cleaning the armature throughty and replacing the sme with new enamelled copper wire of adequate size/gauge including class B insulation, varnishing heating etc, reassembling, resting refixing and connecting complete all as specified and as specified.

M&L for DOs/Don't instructions for Electric geysers as per E-in-C's branch letter Instructions, printed on PVC plastic coated paper self adhesive shall be pasted on geyser.

Taking down geyser of any capacity, horizontal / vertical type after properly disconnecting from water supply lines i.e. inlet/outlet and electric supply connections and reconnecting/ refixing the same in original position after necessary repairing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Repair works and Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out existing unserviceable flexible cable of any size S&F new copper flexible cable 3 core PVC insulated of size 40/0.0076 for geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable indicator lamp and S&F new indicator lamp (Neon lamp) round / square in red / green / blue as required of standard make for geysers complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable thermostat switch of any model/ make and S&F thermostat switch of as per existing make/ model for 50/25 ltr capacity geysers complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable heating element and S&F new heating elements 1000 W capacity and neoprene rubber washer ISI marked for vertical/ horizontal type geysers of 50/25 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: 2 run of 4 Sq.mm cable one run 4 Sq.mm PVC insulated cable copper multistranded conductor alongwith PVC cassing capping will be measured as one unit.

Taking out existing flow unit and S&F new flow unit/ siphon assembly including outlet and thermostat pipes with drain plug and screw for fixing the elements inclusive of clamps for holding the element with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down solar water heater of any capacity, horizontal/ vertical type after properly disconnecting from water supply lines i.e. inlet/ outlet and electric supply connections and reconnecting/ refixing the same in original position after repair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Repair work and spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.
