Engine.a) Make of Engine - Krilosker/ Cummins b).Type of Engine - Diesel Engine. c). No. of Cylinders - As per manufactures standards.d). Method of cooling - Water cooled with radiator e). Aspiration - Turbo charged after cooled f). Design - Suitable for generating set operation. g). Out put - Required HP as per manufacturers standards at 1500 rpm under NTP condition. 2). Voltage regulation band - +/- 5% of rated voltage g). Frequency : 50 Hz h). Insulation - Class F / H The alternator should confirm to IS 4722 and warranted for 3 years. Operation and service manual , spares and tools shall be provided. 8. Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure with connection shall be done as per standards 9. Battery. Suitable capacity fully charged battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. 10. Supplying and providing the standard Electric control panel integrated with acoustic enclosure comprising of the following. a) Suitable braker b) Digital Multi function meter with accuracy class 1 to read parameters such as KW, PF, voltage, Current Frequency etc: c) Digital type single function KWH meter with accuracy class 1, Exhaust Piping shall be vent to the top of the nearest tallest building if required . If the pipe cannot be clamped/fixed to the building or any other structure of permanent nature necessary fabricated structures using channel section or angle iron sections of adequate mechanical strength, duly painted with 2 coats of Heat retardant aluminium paint shall be provided for the support of the exhaust pipe. (Additional piping will be measured excluding the standard length of pipe supplied by the manufacturer.)

OD132405/2025-2026:Charges for conducting load test of 25KVA DG set at standardized Factory bed as per standard norms and condition. ie in various steps load up to full load for 3 hours & 10% over load for 20 minutes and the rate includes hire and rent of test bed equipment's, labour charges ,loading and unloading and fuel etc.The test certificate should be given the client in standard format

OD132399/2025-2026:Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS:1239 I/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc fixing the pipe on the wall/ ceiling with suitable clamps and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required. 50MM

PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.4 core 16 sq mm with factory made clamp

9.1.33:Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)
