PROVIDING AND FITTING OF 2 CUSEC PUMPING UNIT WITH BASE FRAME,225 HP FASD STARTER,400A MCCB, ELECTRIFICATION WITH ALLIED WORKS AT LIS ZEHANPORA. (Electric works).

Amount

a) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 150 sq mm PVC insulated 1100V single core armored copper cable to be laid from LT side (MCCB, stabilizer, Starter) of Reputed make. The cable shall be thimbled at each end with reputed make thimble with the help of skilled labour, hydraulic crippling tool, tape roll and other tools & tackles for the completion of the job. (Preferred makes: Finolex/Gloster/Havells/KEI/Polycab)

b) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 400 Amp MCCB with enclosure and having breaking capacity 50KA at 415V. The MCCB shall be 03 pole and having adjustable thermal and magnetic setting and shall be of reputed make. The job includes providing/ fitting of copper thimbles at both input and output terminals. All the tools /tackles, carriage, skilled labours etc involved in the job are to be provided by the firm(Make L&T D-sine or equivalent approved as per EOI of SE Mechanical circle)

c) Providing and fitting of 30-Watt LED outdoor pressure die cast aluminum IP65 roadway luminaire light with high power LED as light source of reputed make with switches and other allied accessories (Preferred makes: Havells/ Philips/ Osram/ Ledvance/ Crompton)

d) Providing and fitting of 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated flexible copper cable (FRLS) for electrical installation of lightening items (Preferred makes:Finolex/Anchor/L&T/Havells/KEI/Polycab)

e) Supply and erecting of three-piece nonlinear resistor type lighting arrestor suitable for three wire, 11kv overhead lines with rated voltage 9V (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5A and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement nuts bolts and washers. The job also includes providing and fitting of channels of ISMC -75 (30 kg) with clamps, nuts, bolts and washers for lighting arrestor. The job also includes charge of earthing to lighting arrestor for the completion of work.

f) Supply of 11KV hand gloves of below given specification Glove material = Rubber Pattern = plain Finger type = full fingered Make = Reputed make

g) Supply of heavy duty 5.5 meter / 18 feet compact and foldable telescopic ladder having load bearing capacity 150 kg of reputed make
