Window type Air Conditioner

Taking out existing Window type AC of capacity 1.5/2Ton carefully by disconnecting existing electrical connection, removing aside, servicing and refixing after proper cleaning, checking of all electrical connections, checking for leakage etc if any complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair compressor of capacity 2.0 ton Window type complete including taking down old unsv and reconnecting the compressor to the system properly, including recharging with R-410A refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 1.02 here-in-before but for 1.5 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the unserviceable hermatically sealed compressor of capacity 2/1.5 ton by removing all electrical & gas connections complete from the system, reconditioning and overhauling the defective compressor parts and reconnecting the compressor to the system properly. including vacumming gas ,R410A refrigerant complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for gas charging R22/R410Ain the system including nitrogen testing and replacement of capillary tube and strainer for proper cooling of W/T air conditioner of capacity 2 ton complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair sensor assembly of 1.5/2.0 ton capacity for different make of the W/T air conditioner after taking out old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of starting relay assembly for different make of the W/T air conditioner capacity 2 ton at site after taking out old relay complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Installation and Shifting of Window type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton including gas recharging and fixtures such as bracket ,bolt, nuts wall drilling, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair thermostats switch complete for different make and capacity of the W/T air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2.0 ton and including taking out old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair overload protector relay of different make window type AC of capacity 1.5 ton and taking out worn out overload protector complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair starting capacitor for different make air conditioners of 1.5/2.0 ton capacity and taking out old worn out starting capacitor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of running capacitor of different make W/T AC, capacity 1.5/2.0 ton after taking out old worn out running capacitor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair capacitor for blower motor of W/T AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacity after taking out worn out capacitor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair front grill of different make and size for 1.5/2.0 ton capacity W/T air conditioner complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of air filter pad with all other necessary fittings to the system for W/T AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacity including taking down the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of condensor coil assembly copper with all other necessary fittings to the system for W/T AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacity after taking out old condensor coil assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of blower motor for 1.5 ton capacity W/T AC as required at site including taking out old blower motor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out Outdoor unit stand for W/T AC from the existing places and making good fitting by replacing the same with new MS sheet and refixing the AC in existing places properly including making the air tight fitting from the sides of the unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of PCB panel circuit for W/T air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2.0 ton of different make as required at site after taking out old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the blower motor from the system, repairing & rewinding to the motor with suitable gauge of copper enameled wire incl replacement of two Nos bushes & bearing reconnecting the blower motor of the system properly making electrical connecting for proper function of AC 1.5 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Split Air Conditioner

Taking out existing Split AC of capacity 1.5/2Ton by carefully disconnecting existing electrical connection, removing aside, servicing after proper cleaning and refixing including all electrical connections, checking for leakage etc if any complete all as specified and directed.

Re- Installation/Shifting of Split AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 ton when and where required, including gas recharge and fixtures such as bracket ,bolt, nuts wall drilling , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leakage testing with nitrogen, flushing and gas charging for Split type AC with R410a/R22 refrigerant and testing complete all as directed for AC 1.5 ton capacity

All as per item No 2.03 here-in-before but for AC 2 ton capacity

S&F in repair indoor unit air filter for split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair remote control of Split AC of capacity 1.5 ton with PCB as per existing make complete all as specified and directed for AC 1.5 ton capacity

All as per item No 2.06 here-in-before but for AC 2 ton capacity

S&F in repair fan blower motor for split type AC of capacity 1.5 Ton as per site requirement of existing make available at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of ODU stand/bracket for split AC of 1.5/2 ton Capacity including fitting such as wall bracket ,nuts ,bolts, MS stands etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair thermostate for split type AC of suitable capacity(1.5/2.0 Ton) as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair relay assembly suitable capacity (1.5/2.0 Ton) as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour in repair split type AC outdoor unit copper condensing coil and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed for air conditioners 1.5 ton capacity

All as per item No 2.13 here-in-before but for AC 2 ton capacity

Supply and fix in repair strainer for 1.5 / 2.0 ton capacity split type air conditioners.

Supply and fix in repair running capacitor suitable for AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.16 here-in-before but stating capacitor suitable for AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair overload protection for 1.5/2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully unserviceable compressor unit from base by dismantling all electrical /gas connections and S&F hermitically sealed compressor unit complete including vacuuming and gas charging and connecting all electrical and gas pipe connection and testing complete for 1.5 ton capacity.

All as per item No 2.19 here-in-before but for capacity 2 ton

S&F in repair of copper tubing including teflon capping complete all directed of sizes 1/2"/3/8"/1/4" complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair water tube PVC 1/2" to 1/4" for connection of water outlet line including clamp and necessary arrangement all as directed.

Material and labour for refrigerant gas charging in the system including replacement of defective capillary tube and strainer upto 300 ltrs capacity refrigerator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair box type relay assembly of refrigerator upto 300 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair thermostat for refrigerator upto 300 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair refrigerator cooling coil complete of different make of capacity upto 300 ltrscomplete as directed.

Supply and fix in repair door gasket of refrigerator upto 315 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PCB for refrigerator of any capacity and type (Single/double ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC stand for refrigerator of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair hermetically sealed compressor of capacity 300/315 ltrs and re-connecting the compressor to the system properly,. including recharging refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed.

All per ser serial item No. 3.09 here-in-before but for capacity from 250 to 299 ltrs.

Material and labour for disconnecting the hermatically sealed compressor from the system, repairing and overhauling of the defective compressor, reconnecting the compressor to the system properly for refrigerator of capacity upto 300 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Water cooler

Material and labour for disconnecting the hermatically sealed compressor from the system, repairing/reconditioning of the defective compressor and reconnecting the compressor to the system properly for water cooler of capacity upto 180 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for gas charging R410 A /R22 in the system including cleaning the system with CTC ,rectification of leakage and including replacement of strainer /capillary tube for water cooler capacity upto 180 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing/cleaning, and spray painting including taking out Water Cooler of upto 180 ltrs capacity from the existing places, clearing with blower & soap water solution making dust free to the system, tightening all nuts bolts screws etc, oiling to blower motor, refixing the Water Cooler in existing places, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair overload protection relay suitable for water coolers 60/120 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair thermostat incl switch for water coolers of capacity 40/80 ,60/120, 180/150 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair starting capacitor of suitable capacity for 40/80 ,60/120, 180/150 ltrs capacity water cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4.06 here-in-before but running capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Bib Cock Push Type self closing of stainless steel of appropiate size as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair thermetically sealed compressor of capacity upto 180 ltrs capacity water coolers, including recharging refrigerant gas and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Deep Freezer

Disconnecting any capacity upto 405 ltrs deep freezer from the system for Servicing/cleaning, taking out deep freezer from the existing places, cleaning with blower & soap water solution making dust free to the system, tighting all nuts bolts screws etc,including spray painting with enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting the hermatically sealed compressor from the system, repairing and overhauling of the defective compressor reconnecting the compressor to the system properly for refrigerator of capacity upto 405 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for testing ,gas charging in the system upto 405 ltrs capacity deep freezer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair door gasket of deep freezer upto 405 ltrs capacity after taking out old u/s door gasket set complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair compressor of suitable/required capacity upto 405 ltrs complete including taking down old unserviceable from the location and reconnecting the compressor to the system properly. including recharging refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of the internal PCB circuit by flexible copper insulated conductor of suitable size with thimbles sockets etc all as required at site for deep freezer upto 405 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of thermostat of deep freezers of different make as required upto 405 ltrs capacity at site complete all as specified and as directed.
