REPAIR AND MAINT OF WINDOW SPLIT DUCTABLE TYPE ACs IN ARMY AREA UNDER GE ARMY NO 1 JODHPUR

M&L for checking of window type air conditioner of any make/capacity (1.5/2 TR ) in any location and position at any site in Army Area Jodhpur including necessary servicing including cleaning condenser with air blower, cleaning and washing fins of cooling coil with caustic soda mixed water by providing water bag so that water does not spill on floor, blower fan motor servicing including replacement of both end bushes & micro filter of approved quality taking out all dirt, sludge deposited, cleaning of air filter including oiling / greasing of condensing fan motor, electrical connection/wiring, spray painting of outer cover with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour with spray machine and writing of serial No SM/MES No. and reinstalled the AC in position, complete all as directed. Note :- (a)- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of complete maintainance and proper record of machine ie Make with cap and location , date of servicing, CA No., Name of contractor, user signature after servicing, concerned JEs signature duly verified by the Engr-in-Charge. (b) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of greasing/oiling of blower fan motor and cleaning and descaling of condensing unit and cooling coil with castic soda mixed water and air blower and sludge etc..

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before, but for complete (indoor & outdoor) units of Split ACs (1.5/2 TR)

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioing uncut sealed rotary type compressor unit of split type AC 1.5TR capacity including brazing of Copper Pipe, wiring as required to unit with flushing out system, replacement of strainer, rubber pads for foundation, nuts and bolts, etc. checking and rectification of leakage, gas charging including taking out/ down old unserviceable harmatically sealed compressor and connected Items, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - (i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all charges like transportation, fittings, gas charging etc complete with 1 year guarantee period . (ii) The new compressor unit will be purchased from authorized dealers only as per existing make and model.

M&L Taking out Fan Motor suitable for any make (existing make) of AC 1.5/2.0 Ton Split type, 1/5 HP, (speed 900 RPM) 230 Volt, 50 Cycles, removing burnt Winding Wire, rewinding the Blower Motor with super enamelled Copper Winding Wire of suitable size and providing insulation along with insertion of superior type of insulating materials, winding, varnishing and drying well after varnishing, replacement of Shaft, Gun Metal Bushes and Rubber Bushes for Blower Motor, Testing on Load after fixing, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of winding wire as per existing make & model.

All as per item No. 7.00 here-in-before, but suitable for 1.5/2 Ton capacity window type AC

S&F in replacement of running capacitor clip type (as per existing make & model), 36 MFD capacity, 240 volts, 50 cyclessuitable for 1.5 Ton capacity window type AC, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 9.00 here-in-before, but 45/50 MFD capacity suitable for 2 Ton capacity window type AC

S&F in replacement of over load protection with relay No 1622/2085 (as per existing make) suitable for 1.5 Ton capacity split/ window type AC, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for flushing out checking and rectification of leakages if any necessary brazing of Pipes required, providing proper insulation of Copper Pipes as per requirement and make it serviceable including gas charging with refrigerant R- 410a/R-32a/R-22, oil charging in compressor window type AC capacity 1.5/2 Ton, enitre satisfaction of EIC, complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (i) The work shall be carried out in existing location and position. (ii)Cost of Gas will be paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

M&L in replacement of cooling coil/ condenser coil for window type AC capacity 1.5/2.0 TR as per existing make, etc, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L in replacement of blade of condensor fan motor (as per sample) for window type AC capacity 1.5/2.0 TR as per existing make, etc, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for painting to outer cover split type AC unit of any cap and make with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour as directed , complete incl. Cleaning and removing of rust filling putty etc complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of terminal connection plate of any size, any make, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement of Capacitor 4 Mfd PTC Type, as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out and refixing split type ACs any cap/make from one location to another location including pressurising the system ,testing and leakage rectification in system , making good disturbed surfaces and testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Rates are deemed to included for making holes for suction , discharge pipe and condensed water pipe (ii ) extra lenth of copper pipe duly insulated and gas if required shall be paid seperately .

M&L in replacement of cord less remote with control panel suitable for window/split type AC Cap 1.5/2.0 Ton, as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of swing motor of split type AC cap 1.5/2.0 Ton with flapper as per existing make & model, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement PVC pipe of 15mm bore heavy duty, ISI Marked as in drain pipe suitable for Split type AC, fixed to Wall with necessary Mild Steel Clamps, Screws, etc. including taking out/ down unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of replacement of copper tube of size 1/4" duly nylon insulated all as specified by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and replace single phase contactor for outdoor unit of split type Acs any capacity (1.5/2 TR) / make

M&L checking of split type three phase air conditioner of any make / capacity 7.5/5.5/3.0 TR in any location and any position at any site in Army Area Jodhpur including necessary servicing ie: electrical connection /wiring, cleaning condenser, blower fan motor servicing including replacement of both end bushes of approved quality cleaning cooling coil ,replacement of micro filter of approved quality and testing for proper functioning of split type air conditioner all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.( The rates quoted are deemed to be included for maintaining complete and proper record of machine ie: make with Cap and Location., date of servicing , user signature after servicing , concerned JEs signature all as directed by engineer incharge ) (Note : The work is to be carried out in war centre existing location and position. )

Material and labour for ,pressurising complete system of split type three phase air conditioner, checking leakage and flushing out system , rectification of leakages if any and including gas charging using refrigerant M- 404/444/R-22 oil charging complete in compressor /Split type AC cap.7.5/5.5/3 Ton all as directed & with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge (Note : The work is to be carried out in war centre existing location and position. (ii)Cost of Gas will be paid under separately under Schedule 'A' )

M & L for disconnecting, existing U/S sealed unit and replacement with new three phase hermatic sealed rotary compressure cap -3.5/3.75 ton ( as per existing make & model for split type ACs), complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only refrigerant gas R410a/R32//R22, , complete all as specified. Note : (i) The gas is to be supplied in cylinder duly sealed by manufacturer/ factory sealed with proper PVs and other documents .

S&F in replacement blower motor (as per existing make & model), ISI Marked, suitable for split type AC capacity 7.50 TR including testing complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No. 48.00 here-in-before, but suitable for split type AC capacity 3.5/5 TR

Supply & Fix in replacement split AC outdoor unit i.e. body, blower motor with blade, copper condenser coil, cooling coil and all other Accessories (excluding of compressor) suitable for 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed

NOTE:- (i) All items in BOQ are for "Materials and labour / Supply and fix" and to be executed in "Replacement/Renewal" unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or Fixing only" in BOQ Bidders are requested to quote their rates accordingly. (ii)- The contract sum shall be arrived at after duducting amount of schedule of "Credit" from the Total quoted amount.
