Complete removal of existing roof treatment with tarfelt/APP membrane including PCC padding (average thickness 25 mm), sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. earthing strips complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Removing existing earthstrip and refixing the same including insulators/screws as required is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 03 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 . Mixed with and included water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete PCC Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing and reinforced with polyster non woven laid fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) on primed surface by forced application including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer blow bitumen of 85/25 at 1.2 Kg/Sqm both at bottom and top of the membrance and finally finished with one coat of bitumenous aluminium primer at 100 gm per sqm complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instrcutions. Note : Work shall be carried out by manufacturer or his Authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate including of Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick of cement plaster 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete Surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) included prepartion of surface and applying three coats of white wash,complete all as specified and directed.
