Muzaffarpur Depot caters to around 300+ ROs in 11 districts of Bihar. The plant operates in 2 shifts. Earlier, we had 2 Workers to assist planning officers in carrying out daily affairs. With numerous NROs planned across all districts, VTS tracking being mandatory for every TL and a multiple of additional jobs being added to the routine affairs of PSO, it is proposed to have a planning assistant, in each shift, to take care of clerical affairs. Furthermore, with GOI mandating EBMS supply in market, there is an additional work of liaising with ethanol suppliers.. The previous contract was valid till 30.09.2022. Keeping the above point in view, it is proposed to float a tender for AMC of Planning Assistant jobs at Muzaffarpur Depot. The term of the contract would be for twenty-four months from 01.10.2022 to 30.09.2024.
